When we got to the room the windows were already open which made our room filled with bugs. No air conditioning which made the room super hot. Told staff about it and they offered a fan. We didn’t stay at all due to the poor condition our room was. Asked the front desk person if we could get a refund for our last two days and she told me she didn’t know and we would have to wait the next morning for the manager. We then stayed somewhere else until the next morning. The next morning I called and asked for the manager to which they replied “No, who is this?”. After that the call either disconnected due to bad WiFi or they hanged up on me. So then I tried to call back five times but no one answered. So me and my fiance took a car to the hotel to ask for the manager in person. This place honestly is very disgusting and the staff are very rude.

Great for families with kids

We were unlucky and due to bad weather we didn’t get to enjoy the pool at all, such a pity, it looked awesome!! Otherwise the breakfast was great, totally worth it! Also, I really recommend it to family with kids. We came with two kids and having a little inside room to play and the outside space was amazing! I reall recommend it!

This has to be one of the best kept secrets. It's clean and the people are friendly. It's also within walking distance of a huge grocery store, restaurants, and other such places.

Very good choice in this hotel during our stay in Prague. We checked in online and upon arrival we went to our room almost immediately. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Every morning the day started with tasty and nutritional breakfast that came with several choices. The Old Town (Prague) is 20 mins away by taxi with public transportation option also available nearby.

Great little find

Perfect hotel for my trip to Prague. The staff, food, facilities and location were top notch! I would highly recommend. Great pool, grounds. Reception staff very helpful and willing to offer suggestions for things to do and places to eat.

Great 'out of the way' Hotel

Receptionist was friendly and very helpful! Checking in was a breeze and the room was larger than expected for a single occupancy room. Quiet and away from the main Prague City hubbub but easy to get to and from via Bus and Metro. Globus Supermarket and Restaurant is next door so very handy for restocking travel snacks.

It’s too far from downtown and seems secluded. There is not much to do around the area where the hotel is (lack of restaurants). The shower cabinet is too small inside the washroom. The shaving mirror was missing. The names of breakfast items and menu was not in English. This was difficult for us (English speakers) to understand.

At first we thought the pool was very small but it was in fact a good size and very clean. The room was smaller than we thought but comfortable and clean. No air conditioning in the room but the staff provided us with a large fan which worked out great. Although quite a bit out from the centre of Prague we were able to get to the city centre on the great public transport system - easy to navigate and staff at the hotel advised us on the best route. Overall a great hotel for relaxing with a book by the pool. Prague city is amazing and so worth the visit.

Nice hotel with poor attention to detail

This is my second time in this hotel I visited 1 year ago liked it so much went back, it has a lovely pool and kids play area and the staff are friendly however the breakfast is poor for the price €6 per person no child reduction, a family can eat breakfast for €12 in the global restaurant over the road. Poor attention to detail coffee and tea in the room were not filled up unless you ask for more. On arrival I found I hadn’t been given what I booked 2 rooms together for 5 people, I was one bed short at 12 am in the morning and had to wait for the night porter to get me an extra bed which was of poor quality and would not stay flat, I was over charged which was refunded the next day and given complimentary breakfast which was nice as I found out it was poor and overpriced so I saved €30 Rooms are too hot as no air conditioning but I would stay again as I understand it is an ongoing project and hopefully will improve over a bit more time
