The property is not being taken care of and it seemed like the staff was letting their friends use the establishment. There was a dog in the pool area, where it clearly states no dogs allowed and these people weren’t guests at the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful; however the overall stay wasn't great. The first room they gave us the shower was broke and the water wouldn't come out, while moving us to another room they told us the hotel hadn't had hot water in 2 days. Our son was able to take a hot shower that night in the new room they moved us to, but my husband and I had an ice-cold shower the next morning when the hot water didn't work again. The ice machines didn't work, elevators were in need of cleaning and no beverages at breakfast in the morning because the machine showed to be out of order. Overall, not a great stay.

Please change the name on the Expedia website. This is not a Hampton Inn and I was not happy that I thought that I had made my reservation for the Hampton Inn, not FlagPoint. At check in I was checked in to one room, came in with my bags and was told that the room had to be checked. Someone was already in the room that I was originally checked in to so had to be switched to another room. I was not comfortable staying but since I would not be able to get my money back decided to go ahead and stay.

The carpet in our room was disgusting. The hallways was dirty with debris for our entire stay. Maybe invest in a vacuum?

This is a nice hotel. The only thing that they need to really do is take care of a little deferred maintenance, especially in the bathrooms. The staff was very friendly.

This is the second time we have stayed here while passing through. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. We appreciated that it was open at 6AM so we could get an early start. The only negative is the pocket door on the bathroom would not close. Not much privacy when in use. Otherwise everything was great.

Property looks nice and fairly new. Lobby and common areas are clean and upkept. However, in the rooms the carpet was dirty and there is paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom.

We have stayed here a few times and each time it is worse. Bathroom was not very clean and not stocked (no extra TP or Kleenex). Poor lighting in room and in the bathroom. There is a light above the mirror in the bathroom but no switch to turn it on.

Great breakfasts here. A little bummed they stopped carrying a decent variety of tea, but still great. Pool/hot tub is usually pretty relaxing. Rooms are always comfortable. This is our "GO-TO" stop between CO and Wichita.

Have stayed here before but this time the pool was absolutely disgusting and not cleaned there was algae growing in the corners the floor had not been swept and one of the doors were missing the bottom flap so you could see inside outside and I think any animal could probably get in the shower was a little dirty but the room was nice
