The Downtown Cottage is a newly remodeled modern/cottage style house. It is a quaint house tucked away in the pine trees just 2 minutes from beautiful downtown Prescott. It is fully furnished and ready for you to enjoy an amazing get away. There is a King bed in the master, a queen bed in guest room#1, and 2 twin beds in guest room #2. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook many meals. You are within minutes from tons of hiking and biking trails, restaurants, and shopping.
I do allow pets, as long as you pay the $100 pet fee.

Lovely place, close to downtown

The home is super cute, the master bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked. We stayed for a month, and it was a great location in a very quiet neighborhood, while being very close to town. Prescott has lots of lovely restaurants and shops, but is also an easy drive to bigger cities such as Phoenix, Flagstaff and Sedona. And of course the Grand Canyon is a must. Really enjoyed our stay at this home.

Great place

What are you doing much enjoyed our stay in this place was perfectly nestled into the woods. Really liked it. The neighbors were finally quiet. And great access to downtown Prescott. I highly recommend this place. Very clean. Very nice place.

Had a weekend stay at this lovely property close to downtown Prescott with family and friends. Comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, two nice sized bathrooms and a plus for people with pets, a fully fenced yard. Highly recommend

Family Christmas Visit

Our family of 5 adults plus one dog enjoyed our Christmas visit. We choose for the close proximity to downtown Prescott. The home was warm clean and comfortable. Although the floors were very creaky. And the driveway could be difficult to navigate and park. The owner was very resonisive on our internet issue with a quick fix. Thank you!

Cute with a great yard

My family of 4 and 2 dogs stayed here for a few nights. The yard is completely fenced and features lots of natural pine trees and big boulders. The dogs loved running around. There are several sitting areas to just hang out outside. The house was very cute and 3 bedrooms worked great for us. Only suggestions would be to get mew, softer towels. Loved it and would stay again!

Christmas tree lighting

It’s about 1.3 mike walk to downtown but doable. Place is tastefully decorated and warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the front yard and boulders there. Truly a unique experience. They even had a Christmas tree.

Great little house!

There were 5 of us and we stayed 2 nights. Even though there wasn't a kitchen table the island worked out just fine. The grill was pretty gross and didn't have any propane but the oven worked just fine! We'll definitely recommend this place!

Family time in Prescott

This property was perfect for our group of 4 sisters and our dad, age 94. He had the primary suite to himself on one side of the house, and we could eat and watch tv together in the middle. Everything was clean and comfy.

First Time in Prescott

We had a great stay at this cottage. Visiting Prescott for a wedding. It was still warm even in late September, but the AC worked well. Also enjoyed the tech/tv setup. All worked well. Would recommend this cottage.

Great Little House

The house was great! It's a small but well-stocked and clean house. It has a wonderful fenced-in front yard that reminds me of being a cabin. Checking in was done via the app, and the instructions were simple. Overall great little place.

Beautiful and Quiet

If you are looking for a relaxing location this beautiful cottage is perfect. Close to downtown but still maintains a secluded feel. The inside has been updated and is so pretty. Easy to use the amenities with details on how things work. The driveway is steep which you will need to keep in mind. Just take it slow and steady and you will be fine.
