They put me in a room with bed bugs. I woke up at 1:30am to change rooms. The front desk lady covering the night shift acted fast to change my room and told me they should have not placed me in that room. The staff was aware of the bed bug issue the room ( 112 ). I came to the front desk at 6:30am in the morning, after a sleepless night to talk to the manager and she was not there yet. I left a note with the front desk requesting a call from the manager to talk about the issue and I didn’t get a callback. I got the impression that she does not see a bed bug issue as priority. After working a 10 hour shift I called back to the front desk with the intent of talking to the manager and they told me that the manager was not available even after I explained what the issue was. They took may number down once again and told me she would call me. 2 and a half hours later Linda ( manager) call me back and apologize for the bed bugs. After discussing the issue and Linda trying to talk to me about just washing my clothes and it. It being a big deal, she offered to refund me 1 day of stay. I requested a full refund and compensation for my personal belongings Clothing, my essentials. (My luggage). She let me know that she would that to her boss and get back to me. 😤 She called back the next day and left a voicemail saying she would refund the the full amount of the stay but did not mention anything about my personal items. I find my self out of my home state replacing my belonging.

The staff was wonderful. I enjoyed the pool and hottub. The only thing I didn't like was the shower head was wonky. I would stay there again. Morning breakfast waffles and sausage was fun.

Nice and clean
It was a very nice stay. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here. Only suggestion is the sink water would not get hot enough, just lukewarm. Shower water temp was sufficient.

We loved our stay here, the room /suite was amazing, totally exceeded our expectations. We stayed with our dog - there was a great bushland area behind the property which was excellent for dog walking if you don’t mind a bit of rough ground/uphill climb or it was also nice walking around the car parking areas. Lots of food options - there’s a nice pub onsite and plenty of take out/dine in options nearby. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for making our stay memorable

I enjoy staying at La Quinta for their services and location. It’s great there is an onsite restaurant which is really hard to find these days. The rooms are large and bed is comfortable. I’ve been here a couple of times and have never been disappointed and the dog is happy.

I was told when I called that their was a shuttle to universal studios only to find out I'd have to take the city bus, the parking lot where we park our cars are open for anyone to walk in freely. The area around the hotel is filled with thugs and homeless! A nightmare to pull in from the street. Smelled horrible on my hallway leading to my room. I'm afraid to see what the breakfast will be like? And I'm supposed to stay here 2 nights!

Nice place to stay for a few days. Easy to get to and convenient to all that the Prescott area has to offer. On the negative side, at night time the lobby area and the rooms are very poorly lit.
