The place was a little better than average. The room temperature control wasn’t working and had to get my own little heater. I asked for late check out and they said I had 10 minutes or I will charged $25. For that reason I will never stay there again. Virtual check in was weird. Pool and hot tub were at a good temperature. Pretty cold in the indoor pool. Very empty and very limited staff available for questions

The hotel is great for large families. There was six of us, but the TV sat way in the back so if you laid in bed, you had to move the TV so you could see it. The pullout bed had no blankets or pillows. We had to call down for them. Our reservations was for three adults and three kids so they should’ve been prepared for blankets and pillows knowing that that’s what our reservation was for a hotel needs more detail and cleaning. It took us 15 minutes to check in and there was one lady on the phone and one gentleman helping another person check in

HORRIBLE SERVICE, DIRTY ROOM

Super excited to check in due to other reviews left on hotels descriptions. Room seemed clean until my husband found a bunch of hair in one of the beds and also it seemed like house keepers didn’t change a pillow case and just flipped over the stained pillow. When I addressed this with the FD manager, she clearly didn’t care and did not offer any type of compensation for the room. After driving 3.5 hours with two young children arriving late in the evening, this was the last thing I wanted to deal with.

I enjoy staying at La Quinta when I am in Prescott. There is also an on-site restaurant/bar. The staff are helpful and friendly. This is my go to place when I. Prescott.
