The facilites are very very good. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent dog walking area & runs. Easy access to most of Prescott. Downside, the person making coffee couldn't careless, if it wasn't ready. A lady asked for coffee and was told she's making it. 20 minutes later no coffee. You don't pick a place for the coffee, but people generally want their AM coffee. So the hotel gets great reviews and they are true.

Clogged bathtub after shower which did not resolved after complaining, night long running water from bathroom faucet, and sound of the vent at the bathroom which is attached to the light reminds you are taking a helicopter ride not in the good way.

This was a quick trip to get out of the heat of Tucson and explore Prescott. We travel with two small dogs and the staff and hotel were very accommodating with a small fee and a nice area to walk them. The facilities were fine, although we could easily hear the people on the second floor walking or doing most anything through the ceiling. Breakfast was as expected as neatly served, but I can't let pass the poor coffee. Luckily there was a Scooters just up the hill that came through. All in all a good visit and we'd do it again.

Upon arrival we were turned away because they wanted total amount PLUS deposit on my card it was my understanding that we could pay cash for the room and that all taxes and fees were included in price but that wasnt true unfortunately that left me and my 2 young sons stuck in the car for the night very fissapointed. that legt me and my 2 ypund sons
