Checked into my room and after about an hour I noticed that it was getting pretty cold inside. I turned on the heater to warm the room up only to find that the heater was inky blowing out room temp air not warm. I went to front desk to inform the receptionist and she apologized. She asked if I wanted a new room or to be fully refunded. So I took the refund. Have yet to see a credit to my card that I used. I will be following up within 5 days if I have not received my refund.

The Super 8 is more like a motel rather than a hotel. Its fine if you're looking for a cheap place to stay for one night. Its clean and the staff are very nice. There's no elevator so you're dragging your luggage up stairs if you're room is on the 2nd floor.

People in the room next to us hsa 2 dogs that barked all night. Nothing like being woken up at 2:30 in the morning to a dog howling which progressed to the second one starting to bark,then they both processed to bark for the next 40 minutes.

Lady was super friendly upfront. We had a big truck and trailer and guided us on where to safely park. The room was very clean and very spacious. It was pretty quiet, which is hard to find. Will definitely come back.

The bed was amazing! had such a good nights sleep. I had a pet friendly room and usually those rooms are not always so "nice". Felt good to be in such a nice, clean, comfortable room after driving for 12 hours. Thank You!!
