Nice place for a family to stay
Overall a nice experience. All the staff that we interacted with were very nice and helpful. The only negative was the breakfast selection. Each day there should be a non egg option - either pancakes, waffles or French toast. Each day we were there there were multiple egg options but that’s not good for our kids that do not enjoy eggs.

Kitchen was leaking water and did not even try to fix it. OLD everything, the heating/ac fan does not stop in the bedroom and it is too noisy at night...could not sleep. The parking lot had pot holes (like 5 big ones) tha no one seems to care. Trash bin in the kitchen is so small we had to empty it practically every few hours. Finally, we stayed at Staybridge Hotel which had much bigger rooms. The sofa is soooo uncomfortable. This place is just is TOO OLD. They need to renovate the interior. Residence Inn has been a staple for us for over 15 years. Now we will reconsider staying at Residence Inn in the future. It is not worth the money. Thank you

I was accommodated on the first floor near a basketball court. 7 am on a Sunday was woke up by the sound of a basketball bouncing. The night before I could hear the room above me bouncing the ball. If I was not on the first floor I think I could have given it a better review.

This room was so dated and it smelled so moldy. The tub had some rust, the walls dirty, the rug smelled bad. I did not feel Feel comfortable spending the night.
