Nice large one bedroom condo with a fabulous deck, the condo is very dated though. If they were to update it would be 5 star but alas I felt like I was living in the 90's

Dated infrastructure
The property is dated and most of the windows and sliding glass doors need replacement. There was an initial smell of dampness when we entered the suite, however it either dissipated or we got use to the smell. We had to have the bathroom sprayed for insects/termites as the following morning there were small ant like bodies on a wash cloth left on the edge of the tub and it resembled pepper flakes. The staff however was excellent and they were able to assist us with ant unsatisfactory roadblocks we were up against.

Honestly, this is a terrible booking and I advise anyone reading this to steer clear: - Booked this place by accident, called 5 seconds later to cancel the booking, and was denied doing so, despite purchasing the travel insurance ("Cancel for any reason") - The front desk couldn't check us in for three hours from the time we arrived--well into the evening. They need to work on getting rooms cleaned more efficiently - Ants were in our room the moment we arrived, and despite numerous efforts from housekeeping to abate, there was no improvement the entire 3-day stay - The rooms have no A/C--it's freaking Hawaii! - Microwaves couldn't even properly heat a bag of popcorn

A little outdated. Ceiling fan didn't work in one room but had a portable fan we used. Property and surroundings are absolutely gorgeous and it totally makes up for it. It's SO beautiful. We loved it, Mahalo!! ❤️

The property was close to my favorite parts about my trip. Foodlands, Welina Terrace, Hideaway Beach, and Hanalei. The North shore definitely has the best views on the island.

The property has a lot of small bugs. The front desk said it’s termite and they can’t do anything about it. The small ants like bug is every where. We even found them in the bed. All the appliances are really old. The dish washer and wash dryer are rusted inside. The pool and hot tub is not clean. Full of chloride. Will never book this property again.

Really loved my stay here. Beautiful property and rooms. Staff all lovely. Only bad thing is that the rooms don’t have A/C so the outside noise first thing in the morning was quite loud as you need the windows open. Lots of slamming doors from other guests and a very noisy rooster woke me up. But besides that it has been one of my favourite stays! Would definitely stay again.

NOooo A.C. This means, if you have heart or respiratory problems, not the place you want to stay. And please believe me when I tell you, do not bring your children to this hotel if they have asthma, it’s an oven! Although opening the windows and leaving them open throughout the day does help, it’s still a nightmare at night trying to catch sleep. Sweating non stop, and then the shower gets way too hot and no way to adjusted, so be ready to take a cold shower in the beginning and hot in about 2min. The staff was amazing and helpful. Rooms on the other hand, they need a lot of renovation, beds need to be switched as you dip in the middle. Little red ants everywhere, so do not leave any food open. Rather than that, it’s in a convenient place. You can walk down to stores and or the beach.

The property was great, but a couple things: - No a/c and the room was extremely hot, we were roasted as we came in, until we opened the doors and windows for few hours - so many red ants all over the property biting us, on the kitchen counter, bathroom, beds and everywhere - biten all over - curtains falling Enjoyed the patio and the huge appartment size.
