Welcome to The Cabana on Kauai!

This is a beautiful, remodeled condo with a balcony lanai. It has three comfortable bedroom/bathroom suites ("Honu", "Shaka", and "Lanai") which makes it great for families, friends, and couples. Located overlooking the pool and tropical grounds, just a few steps from the fitness center, this upper level corner unit is open and bright, and captures the cool trade wind breezes. You'll enjoy sitting on the large covered lanai that opens to the living area with four sliding glass doors. We have a storage garage that we keep stocked with snorkeling equipment, chairs, boogie boards, coolers, and cruiser bikes so that you can pack light and make the most of your stay. Professionally decorated and meticulously maintained with an eye for detail.

Fresh, clean, comfortable and outfitted with everything! Including baby gear, pack n play, highchair, and stroller.

The Cabana is located on the North Shore in the resort community of Princeville. It is a great home base for world class golfing, access to beaches (Hanalei, Tunnels, Anini, Hideaways), and adventure on the Garden Isle. We are located on walking paths along the Princeville golf course fairways. You can follow these paths to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, and nearby beaches. Great tropical trails lead you from the Princeville bluff down to secluded and scenic beaches.

Amazing Condo with Great Amenities

We absolutely loved our stay! Kyle was so responsive whenever we needed anything like recommendations for family friendly or date night options that were perfect for our needs! Anini beach is a must if you have kiddos, and there is an great farmers market within biking distance of the condo. Having bikes to ride around the area was an amzing plus! The condo itself is placed directly in front of the pool which was amazing for morning dips and evening hot tubs with cocktails. As for the condo, it has everything you could possibly want to cook meals at home and it was adorable. The tiki theme is in every room and we loved the names of the rooms. When we arrived it was spotless and the ac was already turned on! The pull out couch in the living room was very comfortable for our kiddos and the beds in the rooms are extremely comfortable, complete with extra pillows and blankets if you need. The walk in shower in the master is amazing and there were a plethera of plush towels to choose from! The porch was a perfect place to enjoy meals and hang out on in the evenings. The condo is stocked with board games and tons of beach toys and activites for when you leave the complex. We loved the snorkling and used the gear every chance we got! The complex is super quiet and extremely well taken care of and has evey ammenity you could possibly want. We could not have asked for a more comfortable, relaxing place to stay or a more responsive and helpful host. We will definitely be back soon!

Condo comfort.

A very spacious property for 6 people. Plenty of room for all. Beautiful lanai to have coffee in the am or a drink in the evening. Nice to have the extra beach equipment and plenty of beach towels.

"Too much money for too little"

Unfortunately, you can see and feel the remains from previous tenants use and/or "misuse" throughout the condo. The patio (where you would want to spend most of ur time) is a chaotic mess of beat up, worn and torn furnishings. The old, tired bedspreads and pillows themselves all needed update and replacement (although the sheets themselves seemed clean). And more than half of the bath towels were worn and scratchy. The irony is my sister rented a unit that actually was clean and beautiful for much less money in the same condo community, so to realize that I paid so much more for a sofa bed opportunity (which no one ended up sleeping on because it was old and the mattress was beat up) was super disappointing. The photos looked okay online so I trusted the word "gorgeous" noted in the listing, but this condo is not that at all. General note regarding community. The area is pretty but the only amenity you are able to walk to (the pool and hot tub) closes at 9PM. You can walk or bike to Queens Bath, but not to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed Kauai but this condo was not a joy.

Great place, great location

This is a great place if you need a 3 BR condo (kind of rare). This is a very well kept property - very clean, well supplied kitchen, good beds, wonderful lanai. Our group of 5 (3 adults, 2 teens) had plenty of room and didn't feel like we were on top of each other over the course of the week. Pool is nearby. There is a ton of beach supplies - especially snorkeling gear - easily enough for as many people as you could have staying there.

July Aloha vacation!

We have stayed in other Plantation condos in the past and this one exceeded our expectations! We now have 2 teenage boys, and they wanted their own space, so the three bedrooms was perfect. I really liked that the two smaller bedrooms have a portable air conditioner which worked perfectly for that space, most do not have AC in the spare rooms only in the master. The beach equipment was great to borrow! Would stay here again!

Breezy, clean, close to pool!

Our family of 5 stayed two weeks in this airy, clean, and convenient condo in Princeville. Nice property that looks better in person. Pool is right out the back for extra convenience and was cleaned daily. Garage has pool toys, chairs, boogie boards, and a pack and play. Was a great time and would definitely stay again.

Having a cooler and beach gear available was great. The rooms were nice size and the beds were comfortable. Enjoyed having a washer/dryer available so we didnt have to pack dirty clothes. The onlt thing that needs to be updated is the dishwasher. Other than that its a perfect place.to stay with a grouo or a family.

Kauai condo

This is our second time of renting this condo. The location is great - easy to walk around the adjacent neighborhood or to Princeville grocery store. The condo is on the second floor with a wonderful deck overlooking the pool area. There's lots of beach equipment and 4 bikes. Had a great time.

Awesome time on Kauai

Our family of 6, all adults, loved staying at this property. It was a perfect location for getting to know the town of Hanelai, the Princeville community and surroundings. The condo was in great condition and Kyle couldn’t have been better responding to questions. We would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful Princeville Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this spacious, clean and airy property. The pictures don't quite do it justice--it is full of light and with many sliding glass doors to let in the fresh air. It has a wonderful balcony with a lovely view of the pool and palm trees. The location was great--right by the golf club, a short drive to the Princeville shops and dining and to Hanalei. To our surprise and added treat, we saw this Plantation community and its entrance featured when we re-watched The Descendants while there. We'd definitely stay here again!

Two week stay, almost 5 stars.

Great place to stay. Needs kitchen utensil upgrades. Neighbor below complained lots, and we were not there much. Had to go to pool to BBQ. Bikes could use some maintenance. It was awesome having boogey boards and snorkel gear. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Over all it was great but neighbor made us feel unwelcome.

Best Place EVER

Our family travels a lot. This unit has everything!!! Super Clean, 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, Full kitchen, Wash and Dryer in the Unit, Covered patio. Community Pool and Jacuzzi. The bed's were super comfortable and the master bedroom shower was amazing. 2 sinks in Masterbedroom with walk in closet. The home was comfortable and cooled down quickly. We were never hot. The photos online don't to do it justice. The home is little and bright with lots of windows and great views. The owner communicates immediately and we loved our stay. The BEST stay we have ever had in a VRBO. Thank you.

Comfortable, well-equipped older condo.

Place has lots of amenities, especially all the beach gear available in the storage garage below. Comfortable rooms, lots of towels both for the beach and the bath. Unfortunately the kitchen had been abused by prior guests and was a challenge to work in with no real oven or microwave. Luckily there's a BBQ down at the pool. The host was apologetic about it and has parts and service on order. Things take longer in the Islands. So if you plan to cook a lot, you might want to check the status of the kitchen and not be surprised when you arrive. Kitchen issues aside this is a nice spot!

Everything you might need

This is a great place to stay that comes with everything you might need, including a garage with lots of beach gear. Undoubtedly one of the most vacation-ready places we've stayed in across our years of doing these types of rentals. Very helpful host who immediately solved a small key problem. Beautiful property with easy town access and incredible views!

The property is well maintained, quiet and peaceful. Just the relaxation we needed. So many walking paths and trails. We stayed for 16 days and found a new trail on the last day of our stay. The home was completely equipped with everything we needed and having the in home washer/dryer was extremely helpful to keep our packing at a minimum. It had central a/c along with two individual a/c units in the bedrooms, which made it easy to stay cool if it got hot. The bikes were a great touch and we used them frequently to run around Princeville. We WILL stay here again.

4 days in paradise

Just spent 4 days here with my son, daughter and son in law. The condo was spacious with plenty of room for 5 adults. The lanai was fabulous and we spent most of our time out there. The unit was well stocked— probably the best stocked place I’d ever stayed ( bikes, detergent, games, snorkel equipment, boogie boards). Kitchen had everything you could want. Only one issue with the place: there were no a/c vents in two of the bedrooms so that made 2 bedrooms significantly hotter. Otherwise, it was perfect!
