The room has all of your basic amenities, but lacked cleanliness. The light on the nightstand had a fake eyelash adhered to its base which told me that the room was not clean properly on top of that there’s still being noticeable dirt in the bathroom area. Even after having the room cleaned, said dirt was still on the floor in the bathroom, which I had to remove myself.

We we quite pleased with the hotel and services. I was alarmed (and addressed to La Quinta) that they charged me SIGNIFICANTLY MORE than the agreed upon price when I made the reservation. The charges they made on my credit card CLEARLY indicated the overcharge. When I contacted them about the overcharge, they told me that it had been an inadvertent continuation of the initial credit card TEMPORARY hold when we registered. They also PROMISED that the overcharge would have been refunded to my credit card within 3-5 days. That was WEEKS ago and I have yet to see that refund on my charge card account.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and well kept. The facility had a feeling of being slightly outdated or on its way to being outdated but the only real negative was the baby roaches in the breakfast food area.
