The property was being remodeled. there was no front entrance, small and not easily found signage showing the temporary entrance, no dining as advertised on the web and what cold breakfast items avalable in the display case were available for purchase only.

First off, the staff was great. Tgere is nothing worse that Showing up. To hotel and finding out there is major renovations going on. I understood it's a necessary thing , but you should be informed ahead of time or get a discount. It's a mess.

I was very pleased with the Radisson.The ongoing construction is understandable so no issue there. The room was recently remodeled and perfect. The staff was OK ( I only interacted with two members ). My room door was hard to open, but it was very warm and humid so I think that's why. The price was more than fair.

there were no signs to figure out where you should enter with the reconstruction going on. and then when you found the enter sign, there is another sign right there saying you need to find an alternative entrance. very frustrating. and then when we came back to our room in the evening, the top lock that we obviously did not put on, was stuck, so it took four people to figure out how to get us in. i will say the staff was outstanding and helpful, and they should be rewarded because it was crazy with all the problems. we will not stay there again .........

We couldn't sleep from the dust. My nose was stuffed. My eyes are so red. This was my first time on this hotel and definitely will be the last. I will also tell my friends to not go to this hotel at all.

The property was totally under construction and a lot of the entrances were blocked off. For the inconvenience I wasn't offered a discount of any kind and the staff was extremely rude. Barely acknowledged me at the check-in desk. Worst experience checking into a hotel.

The hotel is under full renovation, and probably shouldn’t be open. Staff was nice, but rooms were small, lots of dust from all the construction and bedding was Walmart level or below.

When we arrived the front of the property it was under construction, backhoe digging up the front. Had to park way in the back of hotel. Went inside front desk area very small and bottom part of hotel was under construction. I was never informed of this. Only one person on staff was helpful as the thermostat for the air conditioner was not working. Ryan the night manager. After one night stay we got back to the room and it was not cleaned. Informed the front desk and were to told we had to notify them 24 hrs. in advance to get the room cleaned. Front desk told us that the cleaning staff had gone home. After waiting 20 minutes to speak to the day manager he said he would have the room cleaned. We went upstairs to the 2nd floor and the cleaning staff was right there. They cleaned the toilet and shower and left new towels. Also the room phone did not work or the girl at the front desk ignored us. On the positive side the room was large and new. Won't stay there any more.

This hotel was s nightmare. Under cinstruction. No hotel parking lot. No main entrance. We should have known this before reserving . Also expensive.
