Stay cuz was good but hot tub was broken and had to pay extra for parking. Brass key is no longer filling all of its available parking spots. Very disappointed in that.

The property it is meticulously maintained, the pool has several lounge chairs and jacuzzi was a plus. The courtyard is beautiful with an outdoor fireplace with seating surrounding it. The lobby also has a fireplace with sofas providing a quaint feeling. The entire crew was very accommodating and conscientious. It was a very pleasant experience and we intend to go back.

Surprise gem
My husband and I had an amazing stay at the Brass Key. Daniel made us feel so welcome and helped us spend a perfect evening in Provincetown. I had a lot of questions and he had all the answers. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast and were given cookies for the road. It was one of 10 places we stayed on our road trip and it was by far the best stay.

Loved every second of my stay here at Brass Key, they accommodated with my late check in and super communicative about anything I had questions about. The hot buffet breakfast was delicious every morning my girlfriend and I stayed. The pool and hot tub was fabulous! Especially for it being in October. I cannot wait to stay here again next year.

Nice Weekend Anniversary Getaway
The hotel was beautiful and overlooking the heated outdoor pool and spa. The bed was very comfortable also. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast buffet which was included was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.

The amenities are the best in town not to mention the amazing downtown location. Ken and Chance are always so nice and helpful in whatever they can do. We love it here and will always come back as it is a must stay!
