The front desk was very responsive The hairdryer was broken when we checked in but didn’t notice it until the next day. It worked but had clearly been dropped, hard, and much of the plastic was broken. I told the front desk it was working but it was replaced by the time we returned.

I like easy check in and room looks great and clean. But our checked room toilet flashing broken, stuff change a room for us, 2 nd room tissue holder broken, microwave doesn’t work well.

They let us check in early. Restaurant next door. Clean and very comfortable beds. The only things we didn't like--- no plugs for the sink and bathtub and no coffee and tea in the room.

The property was advertised as having a pool. When we arrived (even though it was 90 degrees outside) we were informed that the pool (which is outdoors) was closed for the season. I totally understand outdoor pools being closed for the season…but it was advertised that the pool was still open - and it was very warm out when we arrived. They also have a hot tub and that was closed too.
