Room 126 in Hot Springs was not clean. Stains on bed, bathroom vent looked like it had mold. Shower would not drain. Dirt in the heater. There were homeless people camped behind the building on this property. Wish I’d taken photos

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Property is older as the wallpaper in our bathroom was peeling a little but it was clean so it made up for minor cosmetics. Affordable and comfortable.

Bathroom stole backed up. Got up early to go hunting and it was before 6am. I was going to get some juice but it was out of order, food was all in the warmer so I asked if I could get a plate but was told no because it was not 6am. Next morning went out a 6am still no juice and by 6:30am started to run out of food for the other people coming out to eat. The other person I was with went to eat and he said they had not got anymore made so we just left.

Checked in and wend up to the second floor to our room. Opened the door and gave the occupant (an elderly lady) quite a shock!! We then tried the second room - no one actually in it but a suitcase and clothes hanging up indicated that it was also already occupied. We returned to reception and the member of staff assured us that the rooms were only allocated to us (I don't know what he expected us to do....presumably evict the guests who were in the rooms??). We were eventually allocated 2 more rooms which were actually vacant. We only stayed one night but when we went out for our meal were were worried that the staff may give keycards to other guests who may not be as honest as we are - giving another guest access to your hotel room is a serious issue and the staff did not seem to thing it was very serious.

Sinks were clogged and the staff wouldn’t fix them upon request. The door would not open easily into the room. The AC units were filled with dead flies. The beds were not made upon request.

The owners were just lovely. I missed the regular breakfast but came down later to make some oatmeal I had. The owners wife got me a microwave safe bowl and milk out of the kitchen to accommodate me. Everything about the property was just great. I highly recommend this hotel. A great value for the price.

Stay was good from hotel to staff, just that in the room next to me someone had left their big dog in the room. The dog was howling all morning starting at 7:00am. Until I left my room at 10:00am. Totally screwed up my sleep.

Upon check in our keys didn’t work and then the door was broke, we got a room change which seemed to inconvenience the front des, the room was worn down and in need of cleaning. My daughter found a really old grape in plain sight, burn marks on the tub and a not so great patch job on the tub as well, the shower squeaked and I mean like screamed a high pitch noise while running , stained linens and window treatment. Popped screens and people living and camping out back. Terrible breakfast with no choices everything was always out and flies in everything that they actually did have. It was located in a good place as far as convenience with a good restaurant across the street and very close to the mammoth site.

Very clean, which is a top priority for us. Quiet room. (even though right by the noisy highway, we did sleep very well.) Easy chair in room which is much appreciated to be able to relax after driving most of the day. Staff was very helpful and pleasant!! Would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Check in was good and the receptionist was nice. Unfortunately the pool was unavailable, there were no cups, coffee or tea in the rooms that we had and after a long drive & arriving fairly late in the evening you just want to go to bed! Breakfast was very limited to both choice and availability. The tables were dirty and needed wiping.
