What an amazing find! This place was such a gem! We (a couple) stayed in a 2 queen room. Yes, it was not the roomiest place that I have ever stayed in, but it was perfectly fine for us. It was easily the best maintained place I have ever stayed in. It was clean and had so many thoughtful touches. It is an older property, but the owners have obviously made the best of what they have to work with. Great location. You can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

It was better than expected for the price. It was clean and we had sliding doors out onto the balcony which overlooks an irrigation ditch which was cool to hear the water running. We also had a great view of the mountains. The breakfast could be better, nothing special, typical for a motel. The outdoor patio was nice to sit at and drink coffee and chat with some other guests. It overlooks the Main Street, so a little noisy but never bothered us. There’s a nice park across the street and we watched a couple deer run through it. For the price, location and pleasantness I would stay there again and recommend it if you’re not looking for something super fancy. Very friendly atmosphere.

The property had exactly what we needed for our short stay in the area. The family room was great, with 3 comfy beds so there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The property is clean, management was nice and very helpful, and the free continental breakfast was a nice surprise. This was our second time to stay here and we will definitely be back when in the area.

Great stay at the Parkview Inn
My husband and I had a great stay. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a great night of sleep. Service felt personal and the breakfast was sufficient. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Cañon City felt very safe with a cozy downtown and park area.

We booked this motel after seeing all the good reviews . Indeed all those reviews were justified . This small motel right next to the busy street was well maintained, clean and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Right behind the motel , is a historic downtown with popular eateries with lots of options. Our train ride was right across the motel , one of the reasons we booked this motel. Highly recommend this motel to friends and families

Very cute little motel, rooms and property were very clean, it’s older and had few amenities but they offer free continental breakfast and it’s a great location! A great place to stay if you’re hanging out around Main Street or the Royal Gorge.

Very quaint remodeled older motel. Staff was very responsive and a traditional continental breakfast that was free. We loved having a room with 3 queen beds. There was a slight smell in the room that improved slightly with the air conditioning
