We came to celebrate our 20th anniversary and loved our experience. Loved our swimout room although it did have a bit of a moldy smell inside the room, not sure why that was because the room and surrounding areas inside and out were well maintained and clean and beautiful.The Staff was great! They go above and beyond! We visited the Rosewater restaurant, hibachi, strip grill, Spumante and buffet. All had great food options. Even the wood grilled pizzas were great by the pool. Only downside was the club After dark. If you weren't drinking wine or beer then their mixed drinks were horrible. Also they closed at 1am, so that's a little early for my preference on vacation. Beach wasn't turquoise clear but it was a good view for those that don't go in the beach waters anyways. Great first experience for all inclusive in Cancun.

Visited for my birthday and anniversary and it was top tier service! they upgraded our room apon arrival, the property is gorgeous!! food is actually good and have access to top shelf alcohol. there is always events and activities going on. all staff is friendly and very attentive, I will definitely be back next time i visit cancun!

I was initially hesitant about booking this resort since I wanted to be closer to the Hotel Zone and Cancun Beach, but let me tell you – I have *zero* regrets. This place deserves a solid 9.5 out of 10, and the only minor shortfall was the beach. But trust me, every other aspect of the resort more than made up for it. The food? Incredible. Every single meal was a delight – so much so that the common myth about bland all-inclusive resort food in Mexico does not apply here in the slightest. Every restaurant, every bite was full of flavor and authenticity. The staff? Absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was impeccable. The team went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt like a VIP. And the ambiance? Stunning. The resort’s design is breathtaking, with beautifully maintained pools that look straight out of a dream. The entire atmosphere is curated to perfection, balancing luxury and comfort. There's also no shortage of entertainment. From fun activities to engaging live shows, there was always something exciting happening. Even though we visited during the rainy season, the resort managed to keep us entertained and happy every single day. One of the standout highlights for me was the spa – easily one of the best experiences I've ever had. The pampering, the serene environment, and the attention to detail made it unforgettable. If you're considering booking here, don't hesitate. The videos and photos online don’t do it justice

I like that the employees were friendly and the Master suite was great. There is no activity’s for older adults. Very laid back and quiet. You have to use their sister property next door which is breathless resort. Better options on good and entertainment. Not only should they entertain Mexicans but US citizens as well for as the music and shows.we don’t speak Spanish, so do not understand the activities.There workers should know how to speak English to accommodate their guest. All workers, not just a few

Service and food was great, but that was about all. We were coned into sitting through a 90 minute presentation whoch tirned into a 4.5 hour waste of our day. The electricity went out all night during our stay in our master suite = no AC. And on the morning we were leaving, we were left without hot water. No quick jump in the jacuzzi to e joy our last day, and a nice cold shower on the way out. Stay away from the secrets property.

Regret choosing this resort for my honeymoon. Sheets, sink and swim out were dirty. Didn't have the vegan options as stated on the menu. However, Miguel the chef at the steakhouse was amazing.
