I booked the room around at 2 pm. When I arrived at the hotel around 5:30 pm, the room was not ready. The reception tried to sell an upgrade room which they can give immediately, but I refused. After 30 min of wait they gave me the room and it was not the room I booked. I complained about the room, they moved me the room they tried to sell. They assigned Premier Buttler who responded over an hour later. The room phone was not working and the premier service never worked even at the check out. This hotel does not respect the customer and below level 1 for overall.

Beautiful hotel with lots of programming and truly all inclusive Staff is amazing and fun, great place for families kittens that belong to the hotel were the best part they roam around the grounds and everyone pets them There’s also a lone flamingo that doesn’t want to leave and has become an attraction Peacocks as well!

This property is very secure, but if you want to leave the resort to visit a friend, to Go shopping or clubbing it is difficult to get on and off the resort without using the resort’s driving service. They make it very difficult to leave the premises. Daily my husband and I were solicited for going the in-house club to become members. The place is clean and the food was pretty good for buffet options, but for a young couple with an empty nest it’s not the place

Overall it was a good vacation. My biggest complaint was the food. Average at best and not enough variety. Best part is hands down the beach. It is clean and the water is clear and turquoise. Staff is friendly for the most part. Entertainment is lacking if you like that sort of thing. The grounds are very nice and well kept. Would I vacation here again? Maybe

What I liked. The bathroom especially the shower was fantastic, beach is beautiful and clean, drinks at the bar on the beach are better than the lobby bar, beautiful grounds especially during the night when the color lights are on, wildlife on the property was a plus for me (flamingo, peacock, pretty birds with bright red beak and the fish in the ponds) it’s not for everyone but I like to see wildlife on my vacations. Some of the staff are very attentive. I had a good time . What I didn’t like. You have to get up very early in the morning to make reservations for the steak house and wait on a long line and then the guy that takes your reservations is rude with a smile. He got an attitude when i spoke to him in English and then I answered in Spanish. The food needs to be improved pronto. Don’t eat the fish, they pre make fried eggs and then leave them under light .. no bueno!!! For the most part I did enjoy my stay. Just needs improvements for me to come back

This hotel has all you need for vacation. Multiple restaurants, activities to include movie theater, casino, batting cage, game room, night life, multiple pool areas, and the beach is beautiful. No need to venture off the resort.

Service & security was excellent. Rooms are nice & spacious. A lot of food options but not seasoned. I enjoyed the pools and beach. Drinks were kind of watered down. We had an issue with mosquitos in the room they came & sprayed but I was still getting bit at night while sleeping. This is not a party resort more of a laid back atmosphere!

$540 usd fueron robados de la caja de seguridad de la habitación. Presentamos el reclamo y la administración del hotel asumió la pérdida y nos devolvieron el dinero. La amabilidad del personal en general no es tan buena en comparación a otros lugares que hemos visitado. El resort en general llegaría a un 4 estrellas a lo mucho. En general todo estuvo bien pero no es un lugar al que volvería. La comida es muy buena y la cafetería excelente, lo demás muy muy normal.

Loved the ocean! The rooms are spacious and clean! Didn’t like the fact that the shows were held in a theatre without ceiling fans. They also need better shows! The specialty restaurants also need ceiling fans. They need to remedy these because it is very hot and humid during summer.
