Conveniently located just a 15-minute walk down to central Queenstown, Papillon offers the best of both worlds. Guests can enjoy the vibrant energy and attractions of downtown while retreating to a tranquil alpine oasis situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Coronet Peak is the closest ski field just 23 minutes’ drive to the carpark, similarly for the wine enthusiasts there are two popular cellar doors Amisfield and Mora just a short 16–19-minute drive away on route to nearby charming Arrowtown.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
With four bedrooms each boasting its own ensuite, everyone can enjoy having their own privacy and convenience. The large master bedroom located on the top level, has the ‘wow’ factor with a private balcony, desk, walk-in wardrobe, and stunning panoramic views. Bedroom 2 is spacious with a Smart TV, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite, beautiful lake views, and patio access to the spa pool. Bedroom 3 is spacious with a Smart TV, ensuite, beautiful lake views, and patio access to the spa pool. Bedroom 4 is the smallest of the bedrooms and does not have lake views.
The master bathroom and ensuite 2 have twin sinks and a separate spa bath and shower. Ensuites 3 and 4 have a shower. There is an additional guest toilet on the main level of the villa. All bathrooms are well equipped with luxurious toiletries.

KITCHEN AND DINING:
The kitchen is truly a chef’s dream with top quality cabinetry, countertops, appliances, wine fridge, coffee machine and bar stool seating. Whether you choose to dine indoors or outdoors, both dining areas provide ample seating for eight, allowing you to savour your meals while soaking up the iconic views.
THE GREAT OUTDOORS:
Step onto the spacious lake-facing balcony, complete with an outdoor dining table, lounge, and BBQ, a perfect space for al fresco entertaining. And for a real treat, pamper yourself with a soak in the top quality ‘Hot Spring’ spa pool* on the lower level patio (*additional charges apply) while admiring the paragliders gliding down from Bob's Peak and taking in the majestic mountain vistas.

GETTING AROUND: Hiring a vehicle is not required as you can walk to town but may be recommended for convenience of bringing home groceries, exploring the stunning area, and for ease of getting up and down the hill.
RATES, INCLUSIONS & MINIMUM STAYS:
Rates are inclusive of 15% GST, premium linen and for a maximum of eight guests. A departure clean fee of NZ$495 applies. Bookings of 8 nights or more receive a service clean. Minimum 3-night stay year-round, and 4-7 nights during peak periods.

*Spa Pool: A one-off charge of NZ$150 applies for use of the spa pool. This is to have it professionally valeted and heated prior to your arrival. Payment will need to be arranged directly with your property manager.
PLEASE NOTE:
Credit card fees are non-refundable. This is important to be aware of if you choose to pay your balance ahead of the due date.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay.
- A standard exit clean is included in your booking; however you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example.
- Papillon is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held, unless prior arrangements are confirmed with your property manager. (Events fee and terms & conditions apply).
- Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am as per Resource Consent.
- We are required to take a security bond pre-authorisation in the event of any damage to the property. The guest will be notified immediately should a charge need to be taken.
