Excellent reception staff, hotel always in great condition, close to transport options and excellent breakfast.

My husband and I booked a last min trip to Lisbon and this hotel was great. The staff was lovely and very knowledgeable about best ways to get places and had recommended some places to eat. Hotel was quiet, with easy walking access to places and transit was right outside which made easy for getting around. No TV in room which is fine but if you have kids you are trying to distract while getting ready have an iPad. Wifi would drop and you had to forget that connection and rejoin net work. Our room had a queen bed and then bunk beds could easily accommodate 4 ppl. The lobby restrooms smelled like sewage.

Clean, comfy, complimentary water and a mini-bar (not complimentary, of course). Breakfast was great, friendly and helpful staff.

The people of the hotel were extremely friendly and acomodating to all our requests and requirements!

This hotel was perfect! Right in the center of everything you could possibly want walking distance. The room was comfortable stylish and modern. At night the area was quiet. The staff was very helpful when asking recommendations or reservations.
