Not only did the elevator not work, my 82 year old sister was givin a room on the second floor. Plus the stairs were not lighted. Her keys did not work because when mr wife knocked on the door, a man opened the door. It apparently was double booked. She then had to wait while a room was prepared. The tv in my room did not work the whole time we were there. The breakfast was somewhat sparse and there was a waiting time for food to be replenished. The main light in our room had a bulb out and had no cover.

Waited 3 Hours For Reservation To Be Sent To Hotel
This was an unbelievably bad experience. I booked the hotel online at your Website about 1 hour prior to our arrival. When we arrived, the reservation had not been received by the hotel. The hotel said it would take awhile for the information and payment (that we made online) arrived at their facility. We waited for about an hour, checked again and no reservation. I was told to contact Hotels.com by the Days in by Wyndham and could not get resolution. After more than 3 hours, the hotel finally received our reservation from you. After driving 10 hours, all we wanted was to get in our room. This is totally unacceptable.

Front desk staff friendly. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. A few lamps in the room didn’t work. The bathroom needs a facelift. Shower drained slowly. Paint in bathroom was peeling. Breakfast bar was ok, but cereal was almost empty and the didn’t serve any fresh fruit.

I had to ask to have light in the bathroom fixed it took them 2 hour to come fix the light . I reported it at 4:00 pm at check in at 6:30 pm they fixed it

Old blood stain on the sheet. Holes in the sheet, probably from a dog. Plastic wrapped around the smoke detector. Trash behind the night stand. Plastic still wrapped around the cord for the air conditioner. Cable TV connectors hanging out of the wall plate. 1” area of dust along the wallboard where the vacuum doesn’t reach. Only 2 bath towels. No hand towels. And they didn’t have our reservations in the system for Expedia that we made in January. So we had to book another that cost us almost $100 more. They said it had nothing todo with Sturgis being in town. Stay away from this place!

This hotel will scam you. I had a verified Expedia reservation and after a 12 hour drive, when I checked in, they said my reservation was cancelled, so my stay cost me $700 more. I tried to work it out with the mgt, but they won’t call you back or respond to emails… also, the hotel is dirty and broken down. They made me leave simply because I was trying to work it out for 4 days and got absolutely nowhere with them. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in…. Please, do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here!

Terrible. Not worth it. Go somewhere else. After going back and forth of the blame game I blame Expedia and the hotel for messing up my reservation. On top of having to figure out why I didn’t have my correct reservation I was asked by the hotel to spend over $100 to fix their mistake. I understand that there are mistakes made between Expedia and hotel staff however the fact that their solution was for me to pay $100 more in order to get something I already paid for was ridiculous. If you’re booking with Expedia with this hotel, don’t. IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!

The room did have two chairs, that was nice, but there was no microwave. There were homeless in the area which made us uncomfortable. The breakfast was not maintained, they ran out of eggs and the gravy for the biscuits was colored water.
