My keys did not work two days in a row and our tv never worked until they changed us rooms on the third night. The lady that helped us after the second night was great but otherwise it was not a great experience. We were supposed to get some money off because of the issues but that did not happen.

It’s not properly maintained. The hallway and room have strong smell, room lock gave us some trouble and sink is half clogged. But staff were nice.

The staff was rude. I took my kids to rapid city for the weekend, we went swimming and were kicked out for my kids being “naked” when they were literally in their swimsuits and they never told us why they were kicking us out until the next day, they just said “closing the pool early” the rooms smelt really bad and the staff guy was so rude to me and my children. I don’t recommend this place to anybody trying to enjoy an outing with their family.

Not much of a bargain

Needs to be updated. Bathroom needed a lot of attention. Doors close hard and loudly. Remote to the tv was broken. Nosie room next to me. The bed was very comfortable.
