The hotel was great and the staff too.

The courtyard entrance makes this quite different and attractive. The Grand is actually "grand" and the staff are outstanding.

The staff was so helpful every time we went to the desk with questions….. On our checkout April 14 we had an 8 am shuttle back to the airport… The front desk representative was so helpful putting us on an earlier bus to the airport…. Also gave us a little gift in parting your hotel… so kind and helpful…. Please give him the kudos he deserves…. Thank you so much, we will be back….

I opted for a single room with canal view. The room was very small but comfortable; quiet, with great view of canal and picturesque building across. Good restaurants steps away from hotel. Street in front very active.
