Recently Renovated 2BR/2BA Townhouse with Pond Views

You will enjoy our 2 BR/ 2BA townhouse located within walking distance to downtown Bethany Beach and all the wonderful things it has to offer. This townhouse is located less than a mile from the beach in a quiet neighborhood of The Villas of Bethany West. Located within steps of fantastic restaurants and shops. The community has a pool, playground, tennis courts and dock access to Salt Pond. From this townhouse the tennis courts and pool are steps away. With this rental you will have access to 2 adult beach cruisers, 2 kids bikes, kayak, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys.

The townhouse is recently updated and includes all kitchen appliances and even a washer/dryer that will create a comfortable stay. There is also a smart TV with login access to your favorite sites; along with cable and WiFi.

The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master has a queen bed with a new mattress and recently renovated bathroom. The second bedroom has beautiful views of the pond and has a twin over full bunk beds; both with new mattresses as well as a 2nd newly renovated bathroom. You will need to bring your own linens for your stay; both bed and bath linens.

Off of the back deck, there are pond-facing views, outdoor shower, outdoor seating and gas grill. This community also offers Bethany Beach Trolley stops that are an easy walk from the home.

This house is non-smoking and sorry no pet friends. Minimum renter age: 30.

We had a nice stay at this townhouse, close to Bethany Beach. Bart was very responsive to inquiries and provided early access, which helped us enjoy the first day at Bethany. Some minor challenges included connecting to the TV (hulu), ironing board/no iron, having to sweep off the back deck, which was covered in pine needles. Overall, great location and responsive host.

Beach Life at Bethany Beach
My family & I enjoyed our stay. Property was clean, close proximity to beach. Any questions were answered promptly. There are some adjustments that can be made to make the property perfect. 1. Blind s/b installed at front door, you can look right into house(I mention this because it was mentioned in previous review and not corrected). Blind also, needed at back sliding door, leading to deck. Additional TV would be great as well in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Owner Bart was great. We definitely would stay here again, if available next year.

We had a great stay - everything was very clean, the townhouse is even nicer than it looked in photos, and the location is perfect-so convenient to everything but nice and quiet like we were hoping. We also lucked out with some really stellar weather!

Bethany Beach is new go to place
Have always gone to Rehoboth Beach, but Bethany has a much more relaxed vibe. The free beach shuttle is great. This condo is less than 2 miles from the beach. Nothing fancy, but clean and affordable, with access to pool and tennis.

Great location and condo
The condo was extremely clean! It came with toys for the beach, beach chairs and a beach parking pass. The pool was so close and so nice it had a covered baby pool. The trolly also stopped outside the condo which was so nice to take into town. I would definitely recommend this place!

My husband and I enjoyed our long weekend stay in Bethany. The townhouse is perfect for two and located in a quiet, wooded community with views of the pond. The location is great and we were able to walk to several restaurants or downtown. We're not big beach people and it was off-season, so we didn't use any of the available items, but it seemed to be well eqipped. Even though it's just off the highway at the beach, you feel like you're in a more secluded location!

Great place to stay!
This was our second year staying at Bart's place. It is a very nice townhouse in a great location. The pool, restaurants, and pond are within walking distance. The blinds in the second bedroom need to be replaced, but otherwise the property is in great condition. Bart is a fantastic host and we look forward to staying here again!

A very pine experience
The townhouse is located close to the heart of Bethany Beach yet situated in a calm and quiet community among the tall pines of southern Delaware. The renovations were well done, and the place was spotless when we arrived. The pictures are spot on, with nice furnishings and great views. As one who grew up enjoying the original Joe's Grotto Pizza at Harvey's Lake, PA, being within walking distance of a Grotto Pizza location at the beach was priceless!

Convenient Bethany Stay
House was well equipped with what we needed for our family of 4. Very convenient (walk to restaurants and WaWa). Nice spot to watch the sunset and paddle around in the kayak at the end of the neighborhood. Trolley stop is so close. Kids loved having basketball and pool right there too!

This was a fantastic spot, convenient to everything, fully stocked with beach and pool equipment and bikes! There’s a shuttle to beach/ board walk right in front of the condo, and good restaurants in walking distance. Our family loved our stay. Would highly recommend it!

Fun vacation!
This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The location was nice, just steps away from the pool and close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. It was fun that the trolley stop was right by the unit. It was also nice to have the outdoor space in the back. We definitely enjoyed our vacation.

This home is a gem in a quiet, wooded development! The property is exactly as described; interior was super clean, master bed was comfortable, and they offer nice amenities (bikes and gas grill). Location is perfect for walking/biking into Bethany town, restaraunts on Rt 26 or nature trails.

Great townhouse rental
We loved the thoughtful design touches in this newly-renovated townhouse. Trolley goes right by to head to the beach and it’s very close to the pool as well. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and walking to Rita’s for ice cream. The view of the pond is lovely from the back but we didn’t try to spend much time dining or sitting outdoors due to mosquitos - would bring citronella candles and some natural bug repellant next time! All in all, a great place, we totally relaxed and enjoyed our week at the beach and the pool breaks too.

Cute townhome, great location to downtown Bethany! The trolly pulls up out front, costs .25c per trip and takes you to the beach/downtown. Fun times all around. I grew up going to this beach so was a nice return trip to see all the changes. K

Another fun year
This was our second year staying in this property and it was even better the second time around. Within walking distance there are so many places to eat, and the convenance of the trolly going right by the property is unbeatable. Bike rides, the pool and the lake are a wonderful bonus to beach days. The house is the perfect fit to my family of five.
