Our experience was a good one. Room was large and comfortable. I had requested a walk-in shower due to mobility issues. Instead, the room had a hot tube that was about impossible to get in and out of. Because it was late when we arrived, we did not feel like asking to change rooms. I feel sure the manager would have moved us. Breakfast was great, as well as cookies available in the evening.
