Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Although the room appeared recently renovated, nothing worked properly - neither the heating, the outlets, nor the coffee machine. We plugged in multiple devices overnight and only one successfully charged. Customer service and the dining experience were even more disappointing. I ordered breakfast to go and was told it would take 15 minutes; it took over an hour. The restaurant was severely understaffed, with one overwhelmed waitress and a single cook attempting to manage a steady flow of guests. Many guests waited 15+ minutes without acknowledgment and eventually walked out. After finally receiving my order, I called the front desk to request a brief extension to our checkout. The man at the front desk said flatly No. When I explained the delay was because it took so long to receive our breakfast, he sighed loudly and reluctantly granted a 15 minute extension and said not allow a minute more. When I checked out at exactly 11:15 a.m., the same man was on a personal call. He barely acknowledged me, telling me to “just leave the keys,” then resumed his conversation, saying, “Sorry, it was a guest.” This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
