Great location- central to so many things within an hours drive. We absolutely loved it. The bed was very comfortable! We both slept great - didn’t have that feeling where you can’t wait to get home to get a good nights sleep. We came home rested- it was wonderful.

Our room was infested with ants. It took hours to get a new room and happened only after I reminded the front desk 3 times. Did not want anything comped but it would have been nice if something was offered, like an apology. Instead the front desk looked at us like it’s the first time they’ve heard of ants. Then I looked at reviews and apparently it’s an ongoing thing for at least a year. We left and went across the street to another hotel who gave us a discount because they were horrified to hear of our experience.

Had a little hiccup at checkin. Hotel Centro is dogs only, which didn't appear on the Hotels.com site. When we showed up with our cat, they originally weren't going to let us stay. They looked at the hotels.com site, verified it only said Pet Friendly, and said we could stay this time as long as we kept Stoney in his carrier through the public places. He usually walks on leash, but we agreed. The decor is lovely throughout, and everything was very comfortable. Our only other issue was a missing knob to set the temp inside our mini fridge, and miscommunications within the staff as to when maintenance could come. (We were told 9am Sunday morning, then at 10 were told oh, they don't come in till 11 on Sundays when we'd be out. We adjusted it with pliers and let it go.) All in all a lovely place, but we won't be able to come back with our travel buddy.

Called a b!tch by Hotel Desk Clerk!

The hotel is modern and in a great location. There were multiple things not working properly which included the hot tub which was lukewarm in fact the swimming pool was warmer than the hot tub. The hot tub bubbles produced by the jets had a brown substance floating on top. I was locked out of my hotel room 3 times because the keycard wasn’t working. The hallway phone wasn’t working along with the phone in my hotel room. When I complained about these things not working properly and not being maintained I was called a b!tch by the hotel clerk. Manager offered me a complimentary alcoholic beverage I declined as I was so upset and didn’t even want to stay at the hotel a second night after being so disrespected by the desk clerk. I learned my lesson as had I not paid ahead I would have left and rented a hotel room somewhere else. I must also mention that if you choose to stay here; it’s best to pay the breakfast fee through hotels.com because you’ll save a lot of money. The hotel breakfast is very limited, options are on a mini menu and extremely overpriced. For example, my child ordered pancakes, scrambled eggs and orange juice, I ordered an omelette w/ added bacon, toast and orange juice which totaled $68. I hope this review helps someone.
