We got no rest at this property. There were people outside our doors from 2am til 4am yelling. We tried to contact the front desk but no luck. This hotel had cigarette burns on the sheets and ants in our rooms. It is unsafe and unsanitary. We had our rooms for two nights but checked out after the first night and are fighting for our refund.

I know it’s a Motel 6 so expectation aren’t very high but this place was really bad. The sheets, blanket and comfort had cigarette holes and we were in a nonsmoking room. We notified the front desk and asked for new sheets but they never showed up. We were told there was no was to cancel the room after the reservation was started so we went and bought a set of sheets to use from Walmart. Around 2-3 am there were a couple people outside our room yelling as pound as they could and the hotel didn’t do anything to stop it. The environment of the entire hotel felt unsafe, we saw police cruising through the hotel parking lot multiple times in the one night we were there. Overall, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a motel. Avoid at all costs!

Motel 6 was fine but the Expedia app is a piece of crap I challenge the idiot who approved this to use it This morning it told me there were no rooms available while I was standing in the office with the manager telling me there was 24 rooms available Expedia app who in the hell was the illiterate that decided this was the easiest way to make their website You're a fool and you're losing a lot of money You didn't get my 5-day business

Replace the mattress!
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was terrible, needs a new mattress, felt like was sleeping on directly on the innersprings. The TV remote did not work. Too late to ask them to fix. I did tell the person at the desk when I checked out but I don’t think he really cared.

Our 2 queen bed suite smelled like smoke, bad. The front desk did not care and said they were sold out of rooms. It’s the next day and everyone’s throat hurts. Do not book with this property for this type room if you do not want a smoke smelling room. The entire property appears to be housing long term residents, there’s garbage all over the stairs and parking lot, the front desk refused to give extra towels for the pool. Was horrid. There is a safest and Starbucks nearby.

Our room liek toilet water so in morning we move to another room and it smelled bad also the nite before they say they would comp a room because of the leaking toilet water that didn't happen I'm done with this

On the fourth. We had no light's for most of night and we just went with it only to wake up on the 5th to waterr leaking through the roof fromm to upstairs and brought it to staff attention and the right people that and other disruptive issues wasn't what I call a relaxing stay anywhere
