Cute and cozy studio apartment located in the heart of Rome just a few steps from Campo dé Fiori! Well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay in the absolute city center.

Situated in a converted monastery, the building offers a welcoming post-card like first impression as well as a quiet and private setting. The apartment features hardwood floors, nicely equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

The day zone boasts a comfortable sofa and dining room table for two while the sleeping zone features an upgraded mattress, large armoire and a compact yet efficient en-suite bathroom with shower.

In addition, the apartment has Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and air-conditioning.

The apartment has the essential basics for a comfortable stay including one shower towel and hand towel per guest as well as bed linens. Extra towels can be left in the apartment upon request and at an extra cost. An initial supply of toilet paper will also be left in the bathroom as well as hand dish-washing soap in the kitchen.

Rome Getaway
From the initial booking until we checked out, Matteo and Cory’s communications was outstanding. The property was as described. We were able to walk to all major attractions like Vatican, coliseum and Trevi Fountain plus more. The best part is you are only a short 1 minute walk to Campo de` Fiori. I would highly recommend this property if your traveling to Rome and want to be in the middle of the action.

Fantastic location to enjoy Rome
Location was superb. We could walk to any major sight in Rome in 20-25 minutes during the day. At night we could stroll around the Campo de Fiori piazza (a few footsteps away) with great options for excellent dining, shopping, getting sorbetto, grabbing a limoncello, or just people-watching. The flat was in a quiet courtyard, away from the hustle and bustle of the piazza. The instructions given by the host were very detailed and thorough, and included suggestions for restaurants in all major parts of Rome. We used that list several times! Small things that are part of life in a flat in Rome were part of the experience (e.g. the shower water pressure was very light, the neighbor's dog barked right outside the bathroom window, etc). All in all it was really great for the two of us on our first trip to Rome!

Little gem in the heart of Rome
Myself and my partner had a wonderful three nights at Corey and Matteo's apartment who were speedy and helpful communicators and kept in touch throughout our stay incase we needed anything. The apartment is excellently located for a visit to Rome and we walked to all the major sights (Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the River amongst others are on the doorstep). The apartment is in a secure courtyard and has everything you would need for a short stay including a very comfy bed and small but very well equipped kitchen. We would definitely recommend and thanks to Corey and Matteo for being great hosts.

Great location. Wonderful neighborhood. Easy access to all things Roma.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cory is a great host. The apartment was very well situated for us. Everything we wanted to see was walking distance for us... the Vatican, Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, the Colosseum, and the Circus Maximus (where we enjoyed a great Bruce Springsteen concert). We hope to return!

Quiet haven close to the city life
Barely 50m away in a quiet courtyard from the north west corner of the busy Campo de Fiori. This is about as central as you can get with all the main sites within a mile or so. Perfect for one or two but I’d guess a squeeze if the studio sofa were pressed into action. Attentive support from the agent made me feel at home.

Great location. Small apt, but well-eqipped and comfortable for 2.
Great communication with host. Apartment well equipped with necessary items. Located in small complex. Easy walk to everything. My only suggestion is to offer two sets of keys rather than one. We very much enjoyed our stay.
