Checkin was great, bed very comfy. Room had crumbs and lint on floor, refrigerator broken (smelled bad), no shampoo or condition in shower (both empty), sink plugged up, faucet that didn’t want to turn off- had to get it just right or would continue to run, extremely close to I-5, so very noisy at night. Won’t stay again!

Negatives: Very loud traffic noise due to the highway being less than 100 yards away, room wasn't cleaned well as there were sticky drink rings left on one of the side tables, mattress pad was too small for the bed so was very uncomfortable to lay on, couch had a big rip in the armrest, and the room smelled terrible. Positives: Front desk staff was very friendly, check-in was quick and easy, Applebee's was right across the parking lot

The AC was broken in our room and the filter was so clogged with dust, that it was an allergen nightmare. There was also fleas and it was clear the duvets hadn't been cleaned in a while.

It was a really nice room and right off the highway. It’s in a nice town with lots of dining. We chose it for it’s direct route to Crater Lake NP My 4 star is for location: it is sandwiched directly between an interstate and a highway so the road noise makes it difficult for a quiet sleep

Seeing that the breakfast is in a restaurant it should have had more hot options like waffles, eggs, gravy and biscuits. They have breakfast sandwich’s I could get that at a drive through. The back outdoor patio was dirty and the fountain didn’t work so I didn’t even attempt to look at the grill. Which those two things were main reasons I chose this hotel. Now for the positives. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bar and restaurant attached is very nice. We enjoyed the comedians! The lobby was too hot but the temp control in the room made it way cool. Overall it’s a nice place. The outside areas should not be advertised like they are though. I was very disappointed in that.

I will NEVER go back to this hotel. The customer service was horrible. A young employee with blond hair was notified that we (myself and elderly 79 yr old veteran father) were checking out a bit late. My father walks with a cane, making him a bit slower. It was approximately 15-20 mins past 11:00 when we made it to the reception counter. It was very clear that the staff DO NOT communicate amongst themselves, considering they checked us in for another night on my fathers credit card. The redhead at reception is extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She seemed to think it was ok to address my father and I in a disrespectful, demeaning, reprimanding manner because we didn’t check-out before 11:00, and she argued whether staff was notified or not on our late check-out, calling us a liar. She was especially irritated about having to refund the extra night she charged us. She was soo angry that her ears and face were bright red as she continued raising her voice at us. All my father and I wanted to do was to leave. We weren’t allowed to leave until she was done badgering us. My father had to tell her, “If it makes you happy and it makes you feel better, charge me the extra night.” And she said ok. When he requested a receipt for the extra night being charged to his credit card, she retracted and said she was going to “be nice” and refund the charge, to then proceed to repeat herself over and over about checking out late.
