Our family was very happy with our stay here. The pools were great, I was surprised when we pulled in and saw an outdoor pool. Free juice and water throughout your stay. Breakfast was average. The lady watching breakfast was very nice. Front desk was friendly. Small parkinglot with quite the slope to pull in and out but thats expected in a mountain area. Very convenient to shopping and dinning.

We had the best time!!! The rooms are clean. Towels stacked, folded, and ready. There was even a cute stamp on the tp after they folded it. Lol. (Sometimes it's the little things) The indoor pool is cool. It's deepest in the center. Very kid friendly! The hot tub in the corner was nice. I, personally, didn't get in, but my 10 yr old did. He loved it! We saw there was an outdoor pool as well so went outside. Nice little fenced in area with a smoking area up and away from the pool in a cute gazebo. Some of the other guests kept telling us how it is colder than the indoor pool. We thought that was odd until we saw the spring coming through the rocks and into the pool! Beautiful! The continental breakfast they offer is great. Their biscuits and gravy were so good. They offered so many choices that even my picky little eater couldn't decide what he wanted. Definitely A . The kitchen manager was hustling around the entire time. Cleaning, restocking, wiping tables down, and just as cheerful as could be. The front desk staff were all extremely nice and helpful. They even laughed at some corny jokes. 😂 Now, housekeeping, I don't know. They came by but we declined since we hadn't been in the room much. Would highly recommend!

The room was average with square pillows, different from the norm. The indoor pool was cold and the hot tub was the temperature the pool should be. The outdoor pool was nice. Breakfast was average hotel offering. The employees were nice.

Had no tv signal in 1 room. Told them but they could not fix it themselves. We fixed it. Food is not good at breakfast. Outside pool is terribly rough and it tore my sons up. Very dangerous...indoor pool was a lil rough but way better then outdoor pool where you had to wear water shoes in it and not touch any sides or stairs when in it. Hot tub was sad and not working all the time. Coffee was gross tasting in rooms and in at breakfast....hashbrown casserole stuff was really gross. The rooms smelled musty and damp. When you layed on top of bed your clothes felt damp on your back. Another couple asked me about this in the elevator on the way down to complain and switch their rooms. I just dealt with it because I would have to down grade rooms he said because their was no more suites.
