We were given keys to an occupied room. Then was moved to a room that had not been cleaned. We were then told that our money would be reimbursed if we wanted to move to another hotel after having these reservations for two months and driving 15 hours from another state and arriving close to midnight. It was very upsetting.

Unfortunately, i wasn't happy with the condition of my room. It didn't look like it had been cleaned. The beds were made but the floor in the bathroom and hallway was visibly dirty. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed it was crumbs and food particles all around the beds. The tub and toilet had dirty rings.

The guy at the front desk with the grasses provide great customer service and is veey knowledgeable. He's always smiling and in a great mood. Now for my room the bathroom was disgusting and the room hadn't been vacuum. Lastly the air that needs to be updated because it leaks and the floor was soggy from it.

Didn’t like that we had no towels in our room, tv was damaged, standing in the elevator was scary. Had to stand on one side because the floor seemed loose, and the room was not like the website described

There were several people immediately checking out of the hotel due to the conditions of the rooms. Our first room was filthy. We had a king suite and found crumbs by the phone, which didn’t work. The tub was absolutely disgusting and had old grime and sand caked to the sides. The inside of the toilet had not been cleaned at all. The front desk lady gave us another room. When we entered that room, the AC wasn’t working properly and the main light to the room didn’t work. We along with 6 other couples that I saw checked out.

1st they gave us a room that someone else is already in. Then they gave us a room that smells good awful. They guy was spraying something and left it saying I'd probably need to spay again. It would make me cough really hard after spraying it. Turns out, it's bug spray. They are out of towels and said that they had a water problem recently. They weren't sure if the TV and ac was working. Hot Tub out of order. Paint was chipping off the walls. For the amount this room cost, I would of rather slept in a box under a bridge.

The 1st room the air conditioning didn’t work. The second room had roaches and bugs in the tub. The air conditioner was so loud you couldn’t really sleep. The WiFi didn’t work in the room so I had to work in the lobby. I was very disappointed and would like a refund.

The tv was not working but they did repair it when we told tge front desk. The tub did not have a shower curtain but they did bring one when we told the front desk. The room phone dod not work at all. The ceiling in the room lookedlike it has mold. The toilet clogged.
