The first room I was given, 419, was horrible. It was right off the elevator. There was this constant loud humming noise and the whole room and bed vibrated the whole time non stop. The heater was not working right. I tried every way I knew to adjust it but even in below freezing temps the room got too hot and the air quality in the room was nasty. Couldn't hardly breathe! Finally went to front desk at around midnight, after no answer twice when I tried to contact them on the phone, and said I needed a different room. He either didn't understand what I was saying or was trying to get me to go back and try to make the heater work, but he finally gave me a different room on the first floor. He said the first room probably had an older heater in it but the new room on the first floor had a newer one. The room on the first floor was fine. Heater worked good and I was finally able to get some rest
