The hallways smell of rotting food. The overall condition of the property was very poor. Stains on the carpets, furniture and bedding. The breakfast was horrible. Expired milk, old nasty fruit. The staff was rude and unapologetic. I reserved a room with access for a disability and first floor. I arrived 10 minutes after check-in began and was told to enjoy my third-floor room. Using the one elevator was painfully slow (10-12 minutes to get from third to first floor). Staff told me it was first come first serve for rooms. I've stayed there several times over the last few years for trips to UC Davis......Never again. The staff asked a ton of questions about my VA service dog that violated just about every regulation as it pertains to registered service animals. HR should take a long look at that motel and train the staff on the American Disabilities Act and regulations on Service Animals inquiry in California. I'll be paying a little bit more and staying at the Hilton nearby for future stays.
