Nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good (nice variety of food to choose from). Although the property was near a major roadway, it was not noticeable from the room. One very positive plus was that the laundry facilities were complimentary(but you'll need your own detergent, etc.). We have a special needs child, so daily laundry is a must. I've never experienced free laundry at any hotel we've stayed at, so this was great! The kitchen amenities in the room were basic but sufficient (it was nice they included a range top - some don't) Dishware service for four, basic cookware, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and drip coffeemaker. The one disappointment was that we booked the room for three, expecting our child would sleep on the pull out (twin-size) couch. When it was time to get ready for bed (about 10:30pm) there was no bedding for the sofa sleeper. We called the front desk, and they said we could come down to the front desk to get the bedding or wait 20-30 minutes for someone to bring it up. I guess my opinion is if the room is advertised for three people and the reservation is for three people, there should be already be bedding in the room. Overall, we really liked the facilities and the room. We'll likely stay here again the next time we travel to Folsom.

Amazing Stay in Folsom

We've stayed at this hotel several times and was always pleased with our overall stay. This time though was slightly displeasing. First of all, the extra pillow in the closet didnt have a cover and was stained on both sides (gross). Second, the shower door made an irritating noise everytime it was slid closed and likely due to the hinge that was no longer screwed in place. Third, there was broken pieces off the furniture. But lastly, my nephew spotted a dead roach in the light fixture. I know it was dead, but usually when there's one...there's more. Not sure I'll be choosing this hotel again for my next stay in Folsom.

Everything was great, staff, morning breakfast, cleanliness, parking. One thing that i noticed which is not a huge deal was that being the Hotel it is i would have expected there would be USB oulets for your phones, tablets, or any device that requires a USB connection to charge. I had to go to my vehicle to get my wall outlet. Other than that the family and I had a great time.
