We made reservations for one room with a king bed. We were given a room with two queen beds. Receptionist said that it was what the system showed. I showed her the confirmation which showed a room with a king bed. She didn’t even try to see if a room with a king bed was available so we didn’t have a choice but stay in the room with two queen beds.
There were no tissues in the bathroom.
The trash cans in the bathroom and in the room had no bags. The microwave was not very clean and the same with the cover for the AC/Heating unit.
Breakfast was the worst and most anemic we have ever seen in a hotel. We choose to go out and eat both days even though we paid for breakfast at the time we made the reservations. We definitely expected more from Marriott but it didn’t happen this time.
