I do not like your web site anymore. Upon opening, I no longer see your room offerings, and stay and play as before, but a page full of Expedia, and other booking companies with no offers, and higher prices. I was unable to delete these, and forced to select one. I booked a King NON SMOKING, and was given a smelly smoking rm on the 5th floor. I had to drag all my luggage down, wait in line and ask for the room I reserved. Thankfully the girls were very nice and apologized. I have been visiting this casino for years, and remember when the kid crapped in the pool, and shutdown the pool, and hottub which we liked for a couple years. I know someone who worked there. I now find that to get hotel specials, I cannot use the web site, and must call. to me this is dumb. Put your offers on your web site, and just supply a link for others. Too many companies are trending downward trying to do business on the cheap. Spend the money updating your worn out carpets, and the entire 5th floor stinks. Sorry it isnt better. We will return, but cautiously.

The staff was over the top friendly, nice, and welcoming. Check in was a breeze and the lady was so nice and helpful @ checkout. The women who brought my room service was also so nice. I left something in the hotel and I called them to find it and save it and they helped we that so quickly and nicely. The dining staff was also great

Elevator issues 2 out of 4 down.
It was a 45 minute wait to check out due to only 2 elevators working. Staff stated could not use the stairs without accompanying staff members. The rooms, pool and hot tub area, overall casino is phenomenal. I have been there before but it may be my last time due to responses during being “trapped “ on the 6th floor. When you charge a resort fee and have to take an up elevator to get down because the one or two out of 4 are packed going down, the staff repeating “talk to maintenance” rings hollow.

We had a rack on top of our van that was too high to get into the parking garage. My husband and I had to walk from the parking lot at one end to the entrance at the other end. Quite a distance.

it was very confusing when you first arrived and parked in the parking garage. Did not realize that you had to go to the lobby area to then go to the set of elevators to get to your room. There needs to be a sign that states that for new people.

Nice big Casino, primarily smoke free (small slots room for smoking) decent table game options, bed was very comfortable. Buffet was okay but not worth $30.

EVERYTHING OVERPRICED. Seneca Allegany makes millions upon millions and doesn’t pay taxes. They charge a resort fee of $30. For 2 days the elevators were down so instead of 4 elevators being operable there were only 2. Waited in a line of people for easy 20 mins to get a spot that was crammed. When we requested a refund for the resort fee they were rude and didn’t give us our refund. Not only that but the pool was occupied by children that were not accompanied by an adult. The adults that were there were kicked out at 945 when the pool and hot tube are clearly open til 10. God forbid a slot machine go down. It would be fixed immediately. Food is extremely overpriced and isn’t even that good. I don’t think we will be returning!!!!
