One star hotel only because there is no zero!
The entire place smells like cat urine. They wanted to charge me for a dog that did not exist. The price was substantially different than our friends that we checked in with or our online amount. I paid cash because I was not comfortable with them having my cc information.

This is a clean quiet no frills hotel. There is nothing special about the place but it is also not disappointing. The room was clean and it was really quiet at night, which I liked a lot. It’s a great place to lay your head and rest

Not sure were all the hype is..
Booked this room because there were great review online and it had a morning breakfast, but when we got there we were the only ones there staying, the pool and hot tub were closed (but looked just fine and running), the beds were hard and uncomfortable, the room was really dated and in terrible shape, breakfast was a loaf of bread for toast, milk in a pitcher for stale frosted flakes cereal.

Yuck
This place should be closed. It is in extremely rough shape and the owner is doing a terrible job of following basic tasks. I was told when I checked in that breakfast started at 7 “if the owner remembered to get up and make it.” I went to leave at 7:05 and the lobby was locked and dark. I couldn’t even leave out the front door. I had to find an alternative exit and walk around the building to my car. The rooms and bedding looked older than me and the bathroom was disgusting. I stayed here to be close to Silver Falls State Park but it would have been better if I stayed somewhere else and had a longer drive.

Requested multiple times and Requested multiple times & never received pillows. Very, very, very bad service from front desk whole time there.(I had surgery and needed positioning) Never busy, most was 4 cars there at one time. Made me at fault when I asked if I could get maid service after the 2nd day, because I did not have anything hung on door nob for maid service- which I told them, the room does not have anything to hang on door for maid.(only have 4 room reservations in whole place.)TV didn't work

We stayed here twice in the last three weeks and both times found our rooms to be unclean. The hot tub and pool are closed until further notice, the back staircase appears not to have been cleaned in weeks, there was black stuff inside the tub, brown stuff on the rim of the toilet and spiderwebs everywhere. We are not likely to stay here again.
