We booked this stay 30 days in advance. Paid for our stay in advance as well. Lesson learned, will never do that again! At first glance it appears clean,, however after unpacking for our 12 day stay, we began to notice that the bathroom had toothpaste in the bathroom sink and on the counter left from the previous guests, uncleaned toilet as well, tub was stained and the door had what appeared to be pink mold. Went up to front desk and asked for our room to be cleaned as the bathroom had been left un cleaned from the previous night's stay. They came and did a quick clean however still left toothpaste on faucet and handles. . Exhausted from our 1100 mile trip we went to bed and visited Walmart the next morning and bought Lysol wipes to clean our selves. Call Expedia to see if we could get a refund and book somewhere else. Oh yes we could however it would take up to 10 days to get our refund and we would have to pay again for another now 11 days at another hotel. Not having a open credit card to accommodate the expense we agreed to make it work. It just got better with the homeless using the outside water to shower and wash ther laundry. Just outside of our bedroom window at 4 am, multiple mornings. When I complained about it, they said sorry, the end. Then after being out all day with family came back to sleep and found our room full of toxic fumes from repairs being completed in the room above .When we went to the desk about it, ya other's have complained, asked for a fanori.
