When we arrived at the property it was near 10pm so we were ready for bed. When we pulled back the blanket to get into the bed it was filled with pubic hair (literally everywhere) and food crumbs. They didn’t have another room and were not willing to comp any portion of the room. The worker was polite and eventually brought up clean linens that I changed.

Spacious room, comfortable, bed, excellent customer service at the front desk. There were two bulbs out on the vanity but no big deal. Some fruit at breakfast would be nice. all in all it was great!

This property was clean and quiet and the AC was great on a hot summer road trip. The pool was nice and the included breakfast was great. The front office staff was friendly and helpful.

They have to check the rooms very well before a new client enter in. The little fridge was dirty and the bathroom smelled masty. Oterwhise the staff attention was really good, very polite thanks 😊

We have stayed at this property every year for probably the last 3yrs and this time our room was dirty. The fridge still had left over food in it and there were dirty towels balled up in the corner. Disappointed.
