Beautiful location, but a bathroom door that doesn’t lock or stay closed is not good for more than one person. The thermostat obviously didn’t work as we set it to 85 to warm up the room and it never warmed up. Parking for one night out front was $43 so that was outrageous! Thought it was strange that water wasn’t offered given the amount I spent to stay there..unless I wanted to pay $7 a bottle..and still haven’t gotten the checkout email..

I killed three spiders and a centipede on our first day. But the worst thing was that a cockroach came from our pillow and crawled on my husbands face and the hotel moved us from our room to a smaller room with just a $100 food credit. They clearly didn't care. It was awful and we're still traumatized.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is great, but I felt for the price, the rooms could have been cleaner. We found several spiders in the room and the floors felt as if they were not cleaned.

The room was not clean when we arrived. Some small trash on the floor so I had to call front desk. And about 1 hr later someone came and cleaned it. This is really not good I don't like it.

No elevator !!!! We had many bags and stroller No breakfast I hear everything my neighbors say, can even hear the gentleman clearing his throat each morning. No services or fun activities for kids to justify the resort fees.

Beautiful property and location. Shower would constantly drip though. The family events such as movie night with popcorn, smores on the beach. Giant chess and corn hole were great!
