The staff did fine, the guy who checked us in and out was kind. The breakfast was fine, but could’ve offered more protein options. The rooms were big and I liked that ours had a door separating the two parts. The walls and windows seemed very thin. We woke up whenever a motorcycle drove by. The floors were not very clean— I couldn’t walk barefoot because my feet would end up dirty. The toilet/shower room was pretty gross— the walls and floor seem very old. The pool had cigarette butts in it and the hot tub wasn’t working. Over all, the place was ok for what we payed.

Depends on whats important
Unfortunately the pics do not show reality. As soon as you pull up you know you messed up. You sign in at a side window like a gas station. In my case it was 11pm with toddlers in tow and had to be somewhere by 630am we had to stick it out. Room had the appearance of upgrades but had an odor. The bathroom had some sort of red smudges on the wall the bath tub had someones hair in it around the sides. Day 2 after our first event we were able to get back early enough to relax before bed and an early flight. Pool was dirty. Neighbors clearly live on site more like a transition home . No parking night 1. Breakfast starts at 7 so if you have early plans you lose out. I attempt to get my kids ready for bed to find how filthy their feet are from the floors. The rooms curtains didnt cover the windows which was facing the balcony. The lights beemed in the room all night. People yelling and making noise in the parking lot all night. Some positives are the beds were comfortable, the air worked well, and the room was spacious.

Walkway dirty cigarette butts. Doesn’t look like they swept or cleaned in some time. Trash outside our room was overflowing and never emptied before we left. Swimming pool is basically in the parking lot. With bar fencing around it. At least enclose it for a little privacy.

Stay away from this property as hotel management completely denies customer ever complained and lies about it. They don't rectify any complaints nor even attempt to. Unsafe place full of shady people, shower pressure insanely low, AC unit was not working at all, front door was very very hard to open and required a heavy push to open. Not the service you expect for top dollars you pay for this property. Stay away.

The housekeeping at this place is terrible. Had to send towels everyday to get washed so from 11 am till 4pm we had no towels. They never did housekeeping in the 4 days we stayed there. Had to always ask for toilet paper and towels. Will never return here.

This is not a 4 star property. The outlook is very ordinary but the room was very clean. The water has no pressure so good luck with taking a bath. The breakfast was very disappointing.

My wife and i stayed 3 nights our bedding was only changed 1 time all maid did was remake the bed everytime. Also door didnt close securley looked like had been kicked in before worst hotel ive ever stayed in never again

The hotel was dirty and the room stank. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. The breakfast area is terrible, very small and does not look clean. the staff is not friendly at all. There were people having a party at 3 o‘clock in the morning shouting and singing in the next room and many men walking in front of my room at that time. I saw them because I couldn't sleep because of the noise they were making. Very uncomfortable and scary. Due to that bad experience I had to leave the next morning and the manager did not care about the inconvenience I had nor did he want to refund me the money for the rest of my stay. I will never go back to that place again. Pay a little bit more and look for a safer and cleaner place. Lesson learned.
