The room was very plush and nicer than one in Burbank for twice the price. Furnishings were upscale. The only thing that needed fixing was a shredded sheer curtain, most likely from the sun’s heat.

My bed was very old and lumpy. The sheer curtains looked as though someone slashed them with a knife, the shower curtain was also torn in several places. The room was seeming clean but the experience was very unsettling. The vending machine only took dollar bills, no credit card. Overall, it was not a great stay.

We upgraded and paid for the Bayview, which I’m glad I did however, the girl at check-in and we came across her a couple times was just not very friendly. I wish I would’ve caught her name. I asked for help knowing the area and she was very put out by having to help me, in addition, we got there at 1 AM so I paid for the night before and for example we arrived at the property approximately 12:30 AM. I received room service for bedding and towels that exact same morning when we hadn’t even been there 24 hours, but never again did we have anymore , fresh towels or our beds made upon leaving the property we went to return our key. The guy did not ask. How was your stay? He just said goodbye. It was weird. Breakfast was average and unfortunately, we could hear kids every morning next-door to us. Parking felt adequate even though there was a weird RV bus like vehicle that parked several days there taking up many spots. Personally, I would not stay here again, but the bay window was a great view every night and every morning

Great price for a hotel near SFO. Breakfast was good - lots of choices (I’m gluten free and had no trouble finding enough to eat.) The rooms are large and quiet, well equipped. REALLY appreciate the actual coffee mugs and glasses. The decor is quite dated and there’s a strong air freshener smell in the rooms, but it’s clean and quiet and when I just want a place to crash before/after arriving at the airport, that’s all I really care about.

Very limited eating choices, a couple of Asian places. Took a short walk and found a couple of food trucks. Had a great Philly cheesesteak. Hotel is nice, nice rooms. Breakfast was very good.

The staff were helpful. Our room was a good size, comfortable, clean and had a nice view. The shuttle to the airport was very handy. The breakfast was very good. A little more seating space at breakfast would have been nice.
