Front desk assistant was not helpful, made me go back 3 times , didn’t. Inform about $24 parking fee, I request refund of my money because is not a place secure according the area , Bay Area is expensive and bathroom was not according the price .

The staff was not very friendly. Whenever I asked for assistance, they were unhelpful. At checkout, they tried to charge me for parking for my entire stay, even though I didn’t have a car. They also attempted to bill me for a movie I didn’t purchase. I’m not sure if the issue was ever resolved. I am still waiting.
