Hair fan was broken, ac didn't work, shower valve was twisted. My friend got hacked by using the hotel wifi ~not safe. But stuff was good and very helpful, also shuttle bus were nice

Property needed upgrades. Parking lot was flaking apart and needed resurface. A bad reflection on the hotel. Carpet near conference rooms needed restreaching or replacement. Staff at front desk should be better dressed to reflect hotel quality.

The room was quiet and comfortable, except for the humming/whooshing noise of the elevator. The staff were very hospitable and so helpful. Breakfast was simple, but good. Need real cream, though, for coffee please. I would stay there again.

I have high expectations because it is IHG. But when I checked-in, the front desk can't find my name even if she has my passport. She was unfriendly and was not welcoming. She did not smile too. The AC was not working well so I asked for assistance early morning. It took 30 minutes until they appeared in my room. The next day I requested for room transfer. They of course granted my request.

Even though Ubers are available everywhere, we appreciated the convenience of having an airport shuttle to go back and forth from the BART at SFO. The location was nice and there were very good restaurants in walkable distance. We have stayed in this hotel in the past and will continue to stay here when we need to come to the Bay Area.
