Both rooms I was given needed maintenance—handle fell off the shower knob, light out, towel rack coming off wall, water coming out under toilet, water backed up in shower, drapes black with dirt at the top. And there was a weird man always hanging out near the rear entrance in the big room there or in the front smoking. Talked to the manager and he said rooms should not have out of service, and didn’t seem so concerned about man (was he a human trafficker?)

A big ol’ Dump
Dirty hotel. It looks clean but it feels (and smells) like a 40 year old hotel that has not had a deep cleaning in 30 years. Service is lackluster and asking for something feels like you are asking the employees for a favor. There were a couple employees who were nice which is why I gave two stars. There is no coffee in the lobby on weekends? What? The. Lobby coffee during the week is fair and they only provide an 4 oz styrofoam cup… with no lids. Other option, go buy a $5 cup at the gross, dirty restaurant. The parking lot is a mess with an unmanned gate. In the four times I left the hotel, I got stuck for 10+ minutes twice trying to exit. The staff was not very responsive and no apologies were given when they showed up. I stayed here to escape Covid that my family had. I should have taken my chances at home.
