I did not enjoy waking up to the sounds and vibrations of a drill on the wall that the bed was up against, they were doing construction in the room right next to me, which I felt could have been timed better. That was not cool. Everything else was fine, staff was pleasant but my wake up call of drilling I could have done without.

110 depost incidentals?!? Credit card 3-5 days refund, and unfortunately for me it was the last of my money, and out of my DEBIT card and IT'LL TAKE 7-14 DAYS FOR A REFUND. When and where did I sign off on that? 66 dollar room with 8 dollar fee. Then, I paid 4.50 for "insurance. I was charged 185 Dollars.

Lady at front desk need to stop being spaced out.
I clearly asked this girl if she can clean the room yesterday she says “it’s too late today it’ll be tomorrow.” The next day comes ROOM NOT CLEANED. I’ve been staying here for over a week. They don’t ask if you want the room cleaned and clearly don’t clean the room when you ask them. My issue is why waste my time and say it’ll be cleaned tomorrow for the room not to be cleaned. Then they give us a dirty sheet with red stuff smeared on it like the heck!
