Alex the manager was very unhelpful and inconsiderate. I called over 30 times before someone answered the phone. I was told they did not have a lost and found. We left behind something very sentimental and called within a few hours after checkout and was told they could not look for it. I called again the following morning and they said it was thrown away. That anything non electronic goes straight into the trash. I asked if I could speak to his boss and he told me yes and put me on hold. When the line picked back up i said hello and he responded with hello. I asked his name and he told me he wasn’t allowed to give that info out. I responded with questioning him on that and he finally told me his name was Alex. I straight out asked him if he put me on hold and pretended to be the someone else and he said yes. That’s just disgusting and disrespectful. This attitude makes me believe he and his staff are liars and thieves.. That they personally take whatever they want if it’s left behind. Would not recommend. As well as that. The room was just sad.

Room snelled heavily of bleach and cleaning chemicals upon arrival. Floor was sticky, room dingy. Once the cleaning chemicam smell wore off, we could smell human urine in the room. Thin walls, people walking around above us all night, yelling in the hallway outside, undercut on door to hallway is 1/2" and sound passes right through. Outdated decor, uncomfy bed and pillows, weird location, lots of strange people hanging around at night. Pool and jacuzzi were okay, but again dirty. Left 1 night early because we could barely catch any Zs here. Cough up some more money and get a better 2 or 3 star spot closer to town for same price. This place needs to be bulldozed. Staff was friendly! 1 positive

The room was okay but the mirror behind the tv is cracked and some stuff in the room was broken. But the pool and hot tub were the main reason we booked the room we live 10 minutes away but just wanted a pool for the day 😂

The hotel was extremely dated and dirty. I found dust bunnies and dog hair all over our room and the the mirror was sketchy and the fridge sucked because it didnt even keep cold. I did not trust the sheets and multiple areas both in the room and outside were falling apart or moldy. I booked here because it was cheaper, just didnt realize how cheap. Only part I liked was the hot-tub.
