Sheets were dirty
The bed sheets were dirty. Looks like they never changed it from the previous stay and just made it look nice. Air was dingy. Will choose a different hotel next time.

Found the property to be well maintained, clean. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was very good. Room was quiet and they responded to our requests very promptly. Price also was reasonable compared to others. Would recommend.

Perfect place to stay.
I am really grateful I got to stay here and swim under the palm trees. Also, the hotel may appear to be dated to some, but this hotel met my needs very well with WiFi, a pool, a clean bed, a working shower, a decent supply of towels, and a refrigerator. I appreciated the fact that the hotel had a security guard on duty as well, walking the premises and keeping riff-raff away. The only thing the hotel could improve on is more flexibility with the shuttle. Currently, it only goes to the airport but with bus stops about 10-15 minutes away, it gets tiring or expensive to haul my luggage. Even with that, I recommend this place to stay. Hope to come back for a future Pacific Airshow.

Very well managed and maintained. Great staff and breakfast. Questioned safety due to vagrants living at the adjacent railroad tracks, whom I did encounter the first night begging at the nearby Del Taco. No encounters after that. Security guard seems to help. Would definitely stay again. Pool and spa were highlights.

It was an okay stay, the surrounding area seems safe, lots of other big hotel chains nearby. The room had a weird stench, sheets & towels were dirty had to request new ones. The heater smelled like it was burning so had to deal with being cold at night. The free continental breakfast was really good though & the hotel staff working theee were pleasant.

we felt extremely uneasy at this hotel! There was people smoking W33d and hanging out in cars that were not guests every single night we were there and we were there all week! we asked the first day to be moved closer to the front but even tho they had rooms they refused to move us to the front because it was for "long stays". so we settled and wasnt much we could do but the presence of these people every afternoon/night made us feel unsafe! our rooms were motel 6 quality and we put up a do not disturb sign and asked the housekeeping for towels and to not go into our room and when we came back they had come in and cleaned the room but touched all of our belongings!!!! someone also wrecked into a car parked near ours and drove off. on the 2nd day we arrived back to our room to find no hot water!! when we went to the front desk they said it was happening in all rooms and they hope it would be resolved quick but also they couldn't do anything for anyone at that time either because their computers were down..... safe to say I will never stay here again.
