I arrived at the airport after 9pm and called the hotel. They sent a shuttle which arrived within 10 minutes. Check-in was smooth and I was given my choice of floors. Room. was clean. Furnishings were adequate and commensurate with the price of the room. Checked out at 4:30 am and the front desk staff were immediately available, not hiding in the back. Overall a satisfactory visit.

I only didn’t like the very loud extreme noise when anyone put on the hot water it was so loud and annoying most of the other guest I heard talking about it too I also did not have WiFi I called the number comfort provided but they told me to call front desk, they couldn’t help me either

Apart from the rude front desk clerk there was homeless people loitering around the parking lot which left me uneasy about leaving my car in the parking lot. We have to wait 2hrs to get in a room. This is the worst reservation i ever experienced. Expidia didn't help with the issues.

The room was spacious and extremely clean. We were exhausted from the day, so I appreciate check-in being so quick and friendly. They were so gracious to offer shuttle service to the airport for our very early morning flight, which saved us both time and money. Would definitely stay again!

The bed sheets were dirty. Looks like they never changed it from the previous stay and just made it look nice. Air was dingy. Will choose a different hotel next time.
