Hotel staff was very unhelpful and unprofessional. The heater was not working and they did not even have blankets to provide. When bringing the concern to the front desk they did not apologize or offer any other accommodations. There was also construction going on across the street and it was very loud and dusty.

It was nice, but because of the weather or something, it smelled little musty. the weather was kind of wet, and never got dry in the room. Food was great, staff were great.

The kids and I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was great although our room was a little old and outdated. There were a few chips and broken items in there other than that the stay was nice.

Front desk offered late check out of 12pm. Friends arrived 1 hr after us and they offered check out of 1 pm. Next morning, tried to switch our check out to 1pm too since we’re going to the airport together and was told we had to check out at 11:30am, not 12, and that our friends would be charged $50 if they stayed until 1pm.

We always stay at Embassy Suites for the breakfast and clean/ comfortable rooms. We were a little sad that our room was not in the best shape and bathroom was in desperate need of repairs and cleaning. We went to breakfast the next morning to find an extremely long line for hot breakfast and hardly no option's for cold/quick and easy breakfast. The Emassy suites in Santa Clarita/Valencia sets the bar high on their breakfast! Maybe Santa Ana can get some tips from them. This property seems to be in the worst condition out of all we have stayed in.. not terrible but not good either.(some non working elevators) Fine for one nights stay...but stay elsewhere for more than that!

Oldy moldy run down hotel

It was awful because the night we arrived they checked me in and i had to get a few new working key cards until i finally got to settle in. The manager had to walk me to my door to unlock it and make sure our keys finally worked. Our room was missing towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Our middle door would not shut gently and looks as though it was karate kicked numerous times. The bathroom had painted over numerous kinds of hair strands and the floors were rotting due to moisture. The curtains were dirty and could not fully move without more force than a tug. We have stayed at many other Embassy locations and we went to the happy hour for some finger foods. They literally served 2 diff cubed cheeses, 1 type of cracker, and a baby greens salad from a bag, and 1 sauce. Woke up in the am for breakfast and they had some cereal, breads, drinks, omelets, sausage links, eggs (a scramble), and oatmeal. They had no dairy alternatives or substitutions of any kind. They ran out of everything. You are probably wondering did we ask to move rooms? Yes, each room got worse and the final one had no heating.

They had a HOPE conference nobody mentioned and 6am drums with church service. Why do they need drums? On the weekend no less. Plus, no room cleaning, toilet paper or new towels. This was worse than the LAX Embassy when during the pandemic, they had homeless people staying next to you. Breakfast was powdered eggs, no other protein and a 30 person line for the omelette. Pass, this is no Hilton property.

Like that it was off a major highway, close to beaches and shopping. Did not like that we did not have AC (altho they comped our parking in lieu of this), overcrowded breakfast buffet area, did not get to use our free omelette tickets, was way way overcrowded so we ate off property.

Asked up front for Pillows and Blankets for sofa bed. Did not get them. Called them from my room a million times and no answer. Next day called again from hotel room and cell phone. Never answered. King bed was not comfortable at all. Woke up with my back hurting.

There was no heat at this property, room was not clean and phone did not work. We never received blankets for the pull out bed and towels stay in front of the door the entire stay.
