The staff was very nice. The room remote didnt work. Then the toilet wouldnt flush, nothing in it. It was repaired but the poor guy was running around fixing other rooms and it took over an hour. We were disappointed to see a homeless guy lying in the back parking lot. We enjoyed the breakfast. That was very nice.

Good amount of parking. Something was splattered all over the wall in the bathroom and the room smelled musty. Check in gal was obviously just there for a paycheck. Checkout gal was amazing and friendly

We reserved 2 queen bed room but they said they sold out. We waited almost 45 minutes to get in the room with one king bed and sofa. It was very uncomfortable and front desk told us he cant change the reservation and manager will fix it in the morning about compensation. Manager told us in the morning theh cant do anything because we already paid. She was rude and doesnt care since we already paid it. I called the hotel.com they tried to fix it. So much noise outside police came to property

Decent stay, close drive to beach and airport. Food places are everywhere near the hotel. Hotel was pretty clean, breakfast was decent and I’d stay here again. My only complaint is the loud AC in the room that screams when it’s on, but other than that no complaints about my stay.

We had to ask two times that they cleaned our room. Plus on our last day two police car came, I asked later in the receptionist and they didn’t know what happened.

It was good. The only thing was our toilet would not flush so maintenance had to snake it out. The bed next to the window was really warm on the side by the night stand. Not very comfortable. Needs to be replaced. Breakfast should be extended for those of us on vacay.

The pictures for this hotel are deceiving. The carpet is dirty. Pillows (if you can call them that) horrible. Pool dirty. A few front desk employees, rude. The outdoor furniture does not have cushions. Towels are old and stained. Our vehicle was towed. Tow company said the hotel call them. Upon arrival we were charged a deposit, and were suggested to leave cash. This was we would avoid the processing time with the credit cards. Upon check out they didn’t mention our refund on the deposit. I remember once at the airport. Called the front desk and was told we didn’t get charged a deposit. I told her we gave them cash, she said there were no notes. Then said she’d check, I told her I was in my way back. Upon arrival she apologized and proceeded to tell me once again there were no notes about a deposit. Needless to say, I believe front desk keeps the non claimed cash deposits. SMH. Stay away from this place.
