You only told us at the reception that we would have to sleep 3 people in the same bed. This caused a great deal of discomfort, and I had to rent another room to sleep with my family, not to mention the complete lack of willingness from the staff to help us; they were totally indifferent to the situation. On Monday, we were without hot water all day and had to take cold showers, and on Tuesday morning we still didn't have hot water, which was horrible. Room service didn't come regularly; we had to request the service. These details frustrated us during our stay here. Not to mention the terrible smell of marijuana throughout the unit, with many people smoking inside and outside the rooms near our unit, and the smell is constant, entering through the air conditioning and polluting the entire room. Honestly, we did not have a good experience.

I really enjoyed the layout of the room. It was like a mini suite with a pullout couch. Everything you can need. I ended up staying a few weeks. The couch was dirty though, and the carpet wasn’t too clean. The staff was very nice. I didn’t really get to check out the amenities besides doing laundry, which. A ridiculous amount of money for one. Load that didn’t even dry all the way.. other than that I actually really enjoyed staying at this property. And I hope to stay there again if I decide to get a room somewhere.

The room was not cleaned and I was not informed about the "CALL' to have it done.. breakfast eggs were bad tasting like not real eggs, everything else was good. coffee machine did not have the right stuff to make the coffee and when I complained they said "WE DON'T KNOW" ... Staff was good. Dog S*&^ was outside of our room, Dog next room over..
