If outdoor dining is more your thing, enjoy the amazing upper deck with incredible views of the surrounding area. At night gather around the gas fire pit and enjoy the stars. The lower deck includes a gas BBQ grill and posh patio furniture adjacent to a large grassy area.

For entertainment, take advantage of the family room that boasts an air hockey and shuffleboard table for your enjoyment! Watch movies on the Smart flat-screen TV, stream from your own Netflix account or use the Blu-ray DVD player.

Paradise Village is a wonderful, family-friendly option for any vacationer who wants to hang out with the family and have fun! Our amenities include a Kid’s Cove water park and lazy river, as well as another two-tiered heated pool with a water slide between them. There are additionally two, large community hot tubs, walking/biking trails nearby, RV and boat parking and we are right next door to Archie Gubler Park, that includes pickleball, basketball, baseball, sand volleyball, and a splash pad!

We had all three kids and their families staying here. We swam and slept and cooked and had a movie night and game night as well as a hot tub night. So much much! Everything we needed for cooking was here! Super clean and management super accommodating. We’d stay here again.

Great place to stay

We had a great time at this property! The house was nice, clean and still had the “new home feel”. It had all the essentials, only down fall there was no k- cup style coffee maker. The property It’s self was nice and kept up well. Beware if your planning on going to the pools. You need to be there early if you want a spot. Most of the units and rented at this location so the pool becomes extremely crowded by mid day! Highly suggest going at off time such as early mornings or late evenings. If you wait too long… you will not be able to use the pool, not exaggerating it’s crazy!! Other than that it was a great place to stay and hangout.

Very fun and family friendly

This rental property was perfect for our family! We loved the patio at night, and the private hot tub was a hit as well. The kids had a lot of fun with the air hockey table and shuffleboard. And of course the community pools are so much fun!

Fabulous!

Paradise Village has lived up to its name. We enjoyed our 5 day stay. Our place was incredibly roomy for 8 adults and one infant. We loved the design that felt cozy and beachy. We tried both the pools and loved them both. The pickle ball courts were close and a blast. It was a perfect place to spend our family vacation. The family all agreed… we can’t wait to come back to Paradise Village.

Pros & Cons

PROS: Much bigger than the pictures look. The furnishings are good quality, beds and linens were very comfortable. Plenty of extra bedding, towels and dishware for our entire group of 8 adults and 3 children. The blinds kept rooms dark if needed. There was one pack-n-play available. CONS: Kitchen is not very well stocked. The pans need replaced as coating is scratched off and peeling. The knives were dangerously flimsy. Plan to bring all the cooking supplies you need: Oil, spices, zip locks/Tupperware etc. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner. The shuffleboard table had no sand on it. Suggestions: Since it is mainly families staying here (this community is entirely a vacation rental community) it would be nice to have a highchair and some children or younger ages dishes and cups. The house is quite a walk from the water feature pool so a wagon or stroller would be recommended. The shuffleboard table needs sand to play. Overall, it was a very comfortable and clean place for our family- with the recommended suggestions it would have been perfect!

Amazing for a baseball family

Had a 4 day baseball tournament. Close to the fields we needed (Gubler, Little League), and such a great place to come back to after long days at ballpark. Much needed washer/dryer for dirty uniforms. Lots and lots of space. For early games, used downstairs room for those who were leaving early while others could sleep in upstairs. Will be coming back!

Relaxing home base

Spent a few days with our children relaxing and playing board games. Typically we would have enjoyed the world class mountain biking and hiking in the area but the weather was not cooperative (a rarity for St George). The home was very comfortable for our group of 7. Plenty of room and easy to congregate in the kitchen, main floor living area, or upstairs living area.

Amazing Place

This was the perfect place to spend our spring break. The kitchen was great for everyone to gather for a meal. We had 10 of us for dinner one night and we all sat around the table and had plenty of room. The hot tub was fun every evening. We also enjoyed hanging out on the balcony around the fire. The wind was kind of crazy a few nights and the grill kept blowing over. Other than that we had zero complaints. We would stay again!

Great little home, everything we needed, nice location!

The only thing we would have changed was the hot tub in a different location that was more secluded and easier to get to, but everything else was great! We had a heating issue and bath tub drain issue and both were fixed the day we called. The link to the property for our map app was wrong so thankfully after hand putting it in, we arrived at the right location. Very clean, would recommend!
