BEACH ACCESS:
Private deeded beach access through the WaterColor Beach club.
Van Ness Butler, Jr. Regional Access Access is ADA accessible and has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located between Seaside & WaterColor w/ parking on the northside of 30A. Lifeguards are on duty from 10am-6pm, seven days a week from March 1- Sept 30. Tents must be 10’ x 10’ or smaller and are to be set up only on the top 1/3 of the available beach space, still allowing for a 15’ distance from the dunes for emergency vehicles.
**Beach-accessible wheelchairs are available seasonally at this access by calling the South Walton Fire District office**

WaterColor Beach Club:
The beach club features both upper and lower decks, providing guests with multiple vantage points to enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Changing rooms are available for guests, complete with showers and lockers, allowing them to freshen up before or after enjoying the beach. Three pools offer a variety of swimming options. Situated directly on the beachfront, the Watercolor Beach Club boasts unobstructed views of the emerald waters and pristine sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Camp WaterColor:
Camp Watercolor is a vibrant recreational hub nestled within the charming community of Watercolor, offering an array of exciting amenities for guests of all ages.
• Tower Slide, Lazy River, Half basketball court, Children's playground, 2 Pools and a 3rd Zero Entry Pool that provides a gradual slope into
the water, ideal for guests of all ages, including young children and those with limited mobility.
• Pools: Guests can enjoy the pools from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm daily.
• Each guest 5+ must be wearing a guest wristband for Beach Club & Camp WaterColor entry. Paper wristbands will be provided for
children under the age of 5.
• Guests must check in and check out with their wristband at the Beach Club & Camp WaterColor.
• Coolers, glass, outside food/beverages is strictly prohibited at the WaterColor Beach Club & Camp WaterColor.

This is a great home- especially for a small family! The golf cart was great and my little boys enjoyed riding it everywhere we went. Also, property is in close proximity to Publix for groceries. My kids love camp watercolor and the beach club! Would definitely recommend this property!!

Azul was a wonderful house to stay in for our trip with my daughters and their friends! It was so beautifully decorated, spacious, yet cozy, and we had plenty of towels. The grocery store was so close by which made it so convenient if we needed anything at all. This house is nestled in a sweet, quiet neighborhood that is located a short golf cart ride or bike ride to the beach. Beautiful place!! I hope we can stay again someday! Thank you to the owners for sharing it with us!!

Fabulous property. Screened in porch is so peaceful that you don’t want to leave! Each bedroom on en suite making it perfect to travel with family or friends. Close to grocery store. Lots of room to spread out. Easy access to pools, beach, and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful house, needs some enhancements
I chose this house because it is beautiful and came with the golf cart and 6 bikes. It cost 2-3 times more of some other rentals we were looking at in the area but thought it was worth the splurge. Unfortunately the bikes are in need of a major upgrade. We had to call daily about chains coming off and one with a broken seat. They are worn and have seen better days. The dryer, as mentioned in other reviews, does not work. It takes several hours to dry a load of laundry. The kitchen is not stocked for cooking. There are plenty of utensils and dishware, but minimal cookware - definitely in need of some cookie sheets and larger skillets. It's a great house if you are planning to use it like a hotel and just use it for relaxing and sleeping but not if you plan to do laundry or cook while there. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well stocked with bath towels.

Beautiful home and area
This was our first time staying in this area and we loved it! The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The home is very cozy and comfortable! We really did love it! Having access to the Watercolor club with their private beach and pools was a great bonus! I read the review about it smelling musty and it really does but you do get used to it. Also, the bikes are pretty old but they worked fine. Check in and out was very smooth and the company was very responsive to the one question that I did have. Make sure you plug in the golf cart after each use as it does run out of battery.

Great place
The house and location are great. The dryer does not work well at all. Needs replaced, had to restart several times to even get one load dry. There is also some very obvious mold on bathroom vents. Beds were comfy, decor was cute, and yes like other reviews say the steering on the golf cart was hard. We would stay again especially if the little things were corrected.

Everything was wonderful. Loved the convenience of having the bicycles and golf cart. The Watercolor amenities are amazing! The only thing I would suggest is more storage in the bedrooms. There wasn’t quite enough room to unpack. I would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful Property, Great Location! (Problem: Broken dryer, fridge, dishwasher & golf cart steering)
We loved the property and were so excited to meet our family from around the country there for our summer vacation. The reason that I did not give it 5 stars was because the dryer was not working for most of our stay which was difficult considering half of our family flew with carry on bags and depended on the dryer to work. The dishwasher wasn't working and was leaking out onto the floor. We had to wait for someone to come out and replace the dishwasher. My husband missed part of a day at the beach meeting the repair person at the property. The golf cart steering wheel was very difficult to turn which made it hard to maneuver around the property. The refrigerator was having issues as well with temperature and standing water in the refrigerator. We wish the property manager would have provided more information regarding the beach set up and that we should have reserved chairs/umbrellas back in January. We booked the property in August prior to our June stay but would have been grateful to know the importance of reserving chairs in January prior to our stay - They were booked when I called a month in advance. With all of that said the property is beautiful and the location is great with easy access to the grocery store and restaurants. Most everything was fixed by the end of our vacation.

Fantastic Family House and Neighborhood
This house was perfect for our family vacation (my wife and I plus our two girls, ages 5 and 3). The golf cart was a huge perk as it made it super easy to get around Seaside. Spending time on the screened-in porch was a nice way to end each night. My only suggestions would be adding a gate at the top of the stairs (small children getting out of bed at night) and getting the steering wheel on the golf cart repaired. Terrific house overall and we’d love to stay there again!

Great beach house!
We had a wonderful time staying in Seaside for the week. The house was clean, and we were able to check in very easily. There was one minor issue with the dishwasher not working after day 2, which they were very prompt to come look at. However, because it was newly installed, they had to wait on the manufacturer, so we couldn't use it the entire trip. It didn't prevent us from having a really wonderful time, and we will certainly be back again!! The golf cart was an awesome perk as well because we were able to go to Camp Watercolor and downtown Seaside very easily, and we never had to put 3 small children back in a car!

Spring Break 2023
Spring break was a success for my crew! The house was beautiful! Plenty of towels, spacious. The grassy patch behind the screened in front porch was great for kids kicking around a soccer ball. It was private, quiet and felt secluded even though the houses are so close together. I do wish there would have been better cookware and maybe 1 dishwashing packet given per day of rental. The pots and pans were a little lackluster. But all in all, I'd definitely consider this exact same rental again in the future.

The home layout is good for a family however the kitchen is understocked for a family that prepares family meals. For example, no oven mitts are provided. The online description was also inaccurate. Despite noting "access to fitness facility," no such fitness facility exists and this amenity was a significant decision factor when booking the property. And lastly, the master bedroom television was not fully functional as channel information was not available, thus making finding desired channels extremely frustrating and time consuming. While the home is clean and attractive, all 6 bikes are in good functioning order, and the washer and dryer are large and in good condition, all aspects of the home should be in good order and the amenities accurately noted for price point.

We absolutely loved our stay at Azul in Watercolor. The house is beautiful. It was an easy check in when we arrived, the house was clean and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was very quiet and we loved the screened porch. Being so close to the grocery was a huge perk for us! The golf cart was a gamechanger and made everything so easy like going to the beach club, camp watercolor and seaside. One of the bikes needs repairs, missing a bolt on the front wheel and not safe to use but all of the other bikes were working! Great house to vacation at. The management company was very helpful with small issues that we had. We definitely hope to be back to stay at this property again!

Nice Home!
This home is very nice and in a great location. One of the bikes provided ( the black bike) has no brakes. This should be addressed as we did not realize until after we were out on a ride. Also the back door leading out to the screened porch does not lock. Outside of those things we really enjoyed our stay!

This home is absolutely stunning. The pictures truly do not do it justice. I loved the neutral and tasteful decor. Light and airy and very elegant while still maintaining that casual beachy vibe. The beds were super comfortable and the home was very clean and well maintained. The front porch is where we spent every morning. Drinking coffee and reading books. It’s also where we ended each day- drinking wine and chatting about our day. The kids loved the bunks and having a tv in their room for morning cartoons. The neighborhood was adorable and also quiet and private. We loved riding bikes around the quiet streets and admiring all the beautiful homes. The golf cart was a hit and so so helpful. It’s a very short golf cart ride to anywhere in seaside. The Watercolor beach club was our favorite. Breathtaking poolside views (and service! 🙌🏼) and steps to the gorgeous sandy beach. A winning combination always. We appreciated that we could rent a home that was large enough for the five of us to be comfortable while also enjoying the amenities a resort offers. If you’re researching this area be sure to book a home in the watercolor district and if you book this home you will not be disappointed. Azul we hope to return to you every year. Our stay was magical!

Lovely comfortable home. Just wish there was outside dining table, especially on the front screened porch facing the pretty green space. My husband and I enjoyed our coffee out there every morning. Very cute house!
Great house! This is the first time we stayed this far out and thank goodness it came with a golf cart! It’s listed that it has 6 bikes, really only 4. 2 were not usable and we had to call and have 2 others fixed, which was done the same day! Beds are very comfortable, loved that each room had a TV and had perfect amount of space for our family of 5. I wish a vacuum had been available to suck up sand brought in from the beach. I wish that at least a pod or two of coffee had been provided until we were able to get to store. The house is decorated so cute and was clean and tidy! The front porch is great and furniture inside and out is very comfortable and clean. I would recommend checking the hot water in the kitchen sink and the hot water on the vanity unpairs in master, it never got hot. Water pressure in all the showers was great and had hot water. AC upstairs and down worked great and stayed cool! Overall this house is great and would recommend staying here!
