The second home, affectionately called the "Post Office" for its charming vintage sign, offers an en suite bedroom with a private bathroom, a guest bedroom, a second full bathroom, and a stackable washer and dryer. A cozy living room and fully equipped kitchen complete the space.
The third unit is a charming studio that includes a living room, kitchen, queen bedroom, and full bathroom, providing a perfect standalone retreat.
Each dwelling has been meticulously designed with its own private outdoor spaces, ensuring an ideal sanctuary for multiple families vacationing together, all while providing the luxury of personal seclusion when desired.

The main unit is equipped with a Drip Coffee/Keurig combo. Please note that the house is supplied with well water, which has a water softener and a brand new filtration system for all 3 units. The studio unit's tank water heater has been upgraded to a tankless water heater, resolving any sulfur smell issues.
For added dining options, the home is equipped with an 8' folding table and 10 white folding chairs (650 lb capacity each).
